Punti negativi: - The plane supposedly has free wifi :) :) :) but this is too good to be true. After a long and complicated procedure “all free wifi passes are gone, try again next time”. Someone said there are only 70 passes for the entire plane. - Similar experience with “free wifi” Guangzhou’s Bayun airport if you don’t have a Chinese simcard in your phone. - Navigating China Southern’s website for online check-in is a nightmare.

Punti negativi: Flight: - very delayed to leave with no updates - host and hostesses were very rude to both ourselves and other passengers when asked questions - ran out of chicken and veg options by the time reached the back of the plane and only had had lamb options left. Abysmal service considering a lot of Asian people don’t even eat lamb! Staff not helpful at all - sarcastically said ‘enjoy your meal’ and walked off - horrified by this remark! - freezing cold flight, when asked for a blanket they said they would give it to children first only and an hour later they still refused to give us one. Also it seemed like the louder you shouted the more likely you were to get what you want, terrible service Overall - not comfortable, small leg room, cold flight, no appropriate food options which can all be forgiven but foremost the staff were rude which is plain unacceptable. Punti negativi: Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport.

Punti negativi: Bad: I had a connection in Milan -- both legs on Air Italy. The flight into Milan landed nearly 2 hours late due to weather; the delay was not their fault but Air Italy handled the connection very poorly. Many people from that first, delayed, flight were transferring to the same Milan-NYC flight. We landed after the boarding time for the second flight but Air Italy gave us no information at all about the status of the flight; then we were stopped in a hallway and put through extremely slow extra security measures (only one staff member to process all those people), again with no explanation, delaying us well past take-off time. Folks were extremely stressed because we didn't know whether we were missing the second flight or not -- I saw two people in tears. In fact, it turned out Air Italy had held the second flight for us -- but why not tell us so, and avoid all the upset and stress? Also bad: The crew in the economy cabin on the Milan-NYC leg were abrupt, to put it mildly. Didn't give us the advertised choice of food, snapped at one poor person who didn't understand the menu, were shockingly ungracious when thirsty people asked for water, etc. (I should note, the crew on my outgoing Air Italy flight were lovely.)

Punti negativi: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)

Punti positivi: I was not put on the plane because they said my seat did not existed! I had purchased my ticket 3 months prior to departure and they said I did not have a seat on the plane due to overbooking. They clearly gave my seat away to someone else and this is not acceptable.

For the price we paid, there was nothing we could complain about, would definitely flay again.

It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.
