Punti negativi: For some reason, we were put on standby despite having purchased tickets three months earlier. Apparently, they overbook by 10%. Thankfully, when we arrived in Kiev and went to the international transfers desk, they were able to fit us on our originally booked flight.

Punti negativi: As a handicaped disabled not able to walk and should be using a wheel chair,as I know from my many previous travels with other companies like lufthanza, klm..etc, I used to be the first traveller to go to the air craft when loading it to take off and the last one who would be leaving it after landing. Even when going through the check and security points I used to go in a special route especially for the handicaped but going with all other normal travelers lines with such amount of time waiting and crowdness is completely inconvenient. what happened through the trip was quit different , going with the travelers or after when they are boarding the craft make it very hard and time consuming , Wish you take care of it, as it's a very important handicaped service. One said we dont serve wine with lunch - really! She did bring the wine 30 minutes later. But they were nice overall. Kept it clean. A+.

I opted for the brisket and it was decent but not actually worth finishing. It was too fatty and strange tasting. Boarding in Sydney needs much improved screens and communication.

Punti negativi: Boarding from a shuttle bus gate at midnight is problematic... we had to stand on the bus in the dark, and couldn't figure out when the driver was going to turn or stop or go, so people (including many old people) were tripping over for the duration of the bus ride.

Punti negativi: Frankfurt is a terrible airport to fly through, based on my last two experiences. This time the security was better but still very slow compared to other airports I use routinely. I could have easily missed the connection if I had not left the business lounge early to go to the boarding gate. I try to avoid this airport.

I called UIF office 7 times and finally one of the reps was able to give me full information and reschedule my flight with other airlanes. In the airport I saw a bunch of people who came for their flight... which was cancelled. I received email about cancellation after I spoke with UIF reps. Never will reccomend or use this airline again
