Seats too cramped and close to facing seats.
My seats were changed to the rear end of the plane, not even a sandwich for snack.i had to empty my carry on luggage to 9kg .
The airbus 380 was great and the staff very nice

Its been a week. My trip has ended. I still do not have my bags. Terrible customer service.
I was asked to change my seat repeatedly
The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful.
Charmingly nice crew and involving captain
the delay of the flight, the drinks we had to pay in the lounge, some poeple got a 25$ compensation coupon and we didn’t. The connecting time was about 1 hour and the luggage was not put on the plane to beirut

Disastrous booking system with BA where they gave me a reference number and 23kg checked in baggage allowance HOWEVER, Meridiana did not recognise the number not even my name as being on their flight until a few hours before take-off by which time it was too late to organise disability assistance and they also did not recognise my checked in baggage and wanted to charge £60. The flight was terrible on an ancient and filthy plane.
Easy flight and quick
I liked the seats, the crew, the aircraft in general. It didn't´ feel too much of a low cost airline to me.
There was nothing I really didn´t like. It was the first time I have flown on this airline and I would want to fly again with them.
Efficient boarding, helpful staff
Non è concepibile che non si possa avere il biglietto di ritorno già prenotato insieme a quello di andata, ovvero partire senza nulla. Ho avuto difficoltà di ricezione con internet in Sardegna col cellulare e non è piacevole non avere nulla in mano. Naturalmente poi si fa all'aereoporto la carta d'inbarco.
It was fine, on time. I didn't have a checked bag or I would have waited in line at check-in for at least 30-45 minutes. Online check-in was relatively easy and digital boarding pass was convenient.
Seats are small, if you need to check a bag it will take forever. The underseat area is much.smaller than other airlines. The flight was very delayed because of some discrepancy regarding the number of passengers. Nothing seemed to be wrong but it took forever!
The food was not available for the business class passengers and we had to take it from economy.
They gave someone else seats I had reserved for 6 months and that I had paid extra for. I will take that up with the company forewidth
Uma antiga queixa minha era o tratamento dispensado pela tripulação da TAP aos passageiros. Muitas vezes faziam o seu serviço sem paciência e até mesmo de forma rude. Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários.
Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)
Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent.
They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine.
It was great because I was able to get an aisle seat.

Flight delayed 2 hrs
I am used to flying Frontier because of cost but recently traveled Delta and boy did I feel completely spoiled! Not only did my other half get our bags for free due to his status with Delta but the amenities they offer and the comfort of the economy seats compared to other airlines is a major difference. As a chronic pain patient, if I can find a Delta flight for a little more, I will be booking with them for sure! Highly recommend them!
Pilots and crew did an amazing job during unstable air coming into Pittsburgh. Great job.
Had to sit in the middle row and I wasn’t given the option to get an aisle sit during check in.
