Plane smelled a little funny. Flight was 30 minutes shorter than expected, but gate was occupied when we arrived. Staff was great.

My flight didn't have working AC, and my seat didn't recline. I was burning up the whole time, and forced to sit at an unnaturally upright angle for the entirety of the 3.5 hour flight. I've never had a good experience with United. I will not be flying with them again."

Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."
