One of the passenger had to call out each person from their passport. The process took 2 1/2 hours."

It had not been made clear by the agency that this was a requirement and so we never looked into it. We just assumed we would be able to stay in the airport for the duration of our layovers. We were forced to book and alternate and very expensive flight. Not pleased. Will not be using again."

The Air France lounge at JFK was very nice, it was a great way to start our vacation at the airport with some light snacks and champagne. Seats on the plane were very comfortable in business class. Entertainment was a nice mix of Western and Eastern options, theninitial dinner meal was great."

On board, the business class seat was old, no flat bed, short and not well maintained; food was disgusting."

China Eastern wouldn't let me board the flight, they wouldn't cancel or change my flight either. I flew through China on the way to Bangkok with no problem, but they wouldn't let me use my return tickets. I payed for my tickets and they never let me use any of the tickets. I had to book with another airlines to get home. I will never use China Eastern Airlines again."

I found this extremely unfair considering how ill i felt and how I would have loved to lay down or at least spread out a little bit."

Upon arriving at airport for the new flight, they didn't have us in their system and checkin took over an hour even though we got to the airport early and were the second ones in line. will never fly China Eastern again. Airline is impossible to get a hold of over the phone and no one can help in person at airport. Worst airline with incompetent staff"
