The business class seats design needs some refreshing. Legroom in flat bed mode is narrow, and also width at shoulders. Food is decent for business class, but overall quality respect to Asian and Arab airlines is not high for the price.
Business class price on Economy class seats. They just leave one seat between 2 business passengers, no real business seat or extra leg space. But, they charge you as business...

In genere Lufthansa ultimamente pecca di non puntualità. In tre mesi poi, hanno perso il bagaglio. Poi ritrovato, una volta conseganto in hotel, la seconda ritirato in areoporto in maniera approssimativa. ad Hannover.
Ho avuto problemi al check in. Avevo preso un extraseat e il sistema di Lufthansa diceva che non avevo pagato il biglietto. Fino all'ultimo minuto non sapevo se avrei potuto prendere il volo. Il personale estremamente scortese. Il nome della addetta è Noemi. In nessun momento mi è stato spiegato nulla.

I booked through chat deal, and after I booked, I read some bad reviews.....I found that was not the case.....I had to change my ticket before the flight and customer service took care of the change with one phone call and even got me a refund, even though I did not buy travel insurance. The planes were on time an surprisingly comfortable. I just had a great experience throughout the whole process. I'll definitely use them again.

We were delayed leaving so we missed our connection. They paid for all of the travelers with us to get a hotel room but the hotel sold out and some people had to sleep in the lobby. All in all a pretty horrible experience.

L'imbarco è iniziato in ritardo a Catania di 30 minuti. L'aereo doveva partire alle 10:30 e invece è partito alle 11:00. La buona notizia è che in volo è stato recuperato 20 minuti e quindi sono arrivato "solo" 10 minuti di ritardo. Invece delle 12:20 sono arrivato alle 12:30.
Esperienza pessima. Dopo una attesa del volo di 8 ore nessuna comunicazione ufficiale sulla sua cancellazione né sulle alternative. Ora è quasi impossibile chiedere anche il rimborso del biglietto e/o delle spese dell'albergo. Personale assente e inutili quelli al check-in.
