Pitch is unacceptable. When the food cart came I had the back of the seat in front of me 15 cm (5 in) from my forehead. I told the attendants "even cattle could not be handled like that". They commiserated and said "with the changes the we are truly going through rough times." They reseated me to an exit row. Getting a boarding pass online is also a new, unfortunate experience. I have a Platinum Card of AF/KL, which means Elite Plus in Skyteam parlance. My ticket, sold by KL, had an AF flight number. Alitalia pretends now to sell piece by piece all the advantages that are attached to the status (e.g; €8 for early boarding...). The airport personnel confirmed that the system does not allow to print the words "Skyteam Priority" or '"ELP" (for Elite Plus) on the boarding pass. They encouraged me to write to the Powers-that-be that decided to make these user-unfriendly changes. I think that Alitalia, as a Skyteam member, had signed the agreements; they have not rescinded their membership, why don't they just apply the rules? Food: a tiny portion of pop-corn! I couldn't believe it. I will avoid henceforth to fy Alitalia."

Tutto ciò alla "modica" cifra di 200€/ volo ar, l'unica cosa che avete "low" è il vostro profilo aziendale. Puntate più sull'efficienza che a spillare 5€ per un bagaglio a mano un più. Persino Ryanair è diventata una compagnia più seria rispetto a questa. Mai più, dovessi pagare un volo anche 500€ con un'altra compagnia, ma con easyjet ho chiuso."

The same issue with lack of communication came when it was time to leave the aircraft; we all stood up waiting to exit and the plane was being held. It was 5 minutes before someone informed us of the issue. Overall, a 1.5 hour flight ended up being a 7 hour journey because of easyJet's unorganization."

Easyjet ti dice che puoi portare a bordo solo un bagaglio a mano e mi sta bene. Solo che si riserva il diritto di obbligare i passeggeri a fargli imbarcare in stiva detto bagaglio perché "l'aereo è già pieno". Trattamento vessatorio e ridicolo. L'Airbus A320 usato per questo volo aveva sufficiente spazio sotto il sedile affinché il passeggero collocasse il bagaglio. L'atteggiamento dell'addetta allimbarco è stato molto sgarbato e poco professionale. Alle mie rimostranze ha segnato a penna sulla carta d'imbarco "bag" per comunicare agli addetti sotto la rampa che io ero un segnalato e per evitare che portassi a bordo il bagaglio. Sono passati dieci anni dalla prima volta e spero che questa sia la seconda e ultima volta che volo con easyjet. Customer service penoso! Tipico atteggiamento British di bullshiters!!"

Boarding process is bizzare, if you don't pay for Express Boarding, you should get in line early! Our experience with passengers onboard was unique- no one cares about what you've stored overhead so keep an eye on your belongings if you have anything fragile. EVERYONE brings suitcases onboard it seems. Confusing announcements once in flight, sounded like a beverage service was on its way but never did. Not even water. Flight attendants walked up and down the isle looking for UNICEF donations. No entertainment except for traveler watching. Ultimately we got to our desitation and that is what mattered. Everything else was just a head scratcher."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Punti negativi: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."
Punti positivi: "The plane and crew from Pilots to Flight staff more than perfect. We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Punti negativi: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."

Also, when boarding the hostess was pushing me to show my boarding pass- it took 30 seconds but she was already trying to push me to the side and let others board. Patience and understanding would have been nice. Seats are the smallest of all the regional carriers - not my first airline choice to travel for next time."
