Additionally some of carry on luggage was oversized and should have been checked into the cargo hold. When flight landed in Nouakchott an announcement should have been made so that the Dakar passengers allowed the NKC ones to deplane, AND the NKC passengers should have been advised to have their boarding passes out for inspection. This caused a backlog in the jetbridge. AND no announcement regarding local time."

As a result, I will probably go with another European airline on my trans-Atlantic flights. 2) You need to offer snacks between meals on a 12 hour flight (back in the galley). Every other airline I have flown offers these on long haul flights in the galley - usually a small snack like chips or cookies. Your flight attendant told me that she would be serving the second meal in about 4 hours. Really, I was shocked that nothing was available in between meals on such a long flight."

"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

How could our 2 year old and six year old twins be away from both parents, sitting with strangers for all those hours. The crew member with the outstanding mustache rectified it all. He placed us together, then negotiated with the people who the seats were assigned to. No other crew members would help!!!"

Punti positivi: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"

Punti positivi: "Fairly comfortable seats. Also, staff let me sit wherever since I was among the last to board, so I ended up with an empty seat next to me which was nice. Also, during meal service, the flight attendant essentially chided the woman in front of me for having her seat fully reclined so that she was more or less in my lap (she was maybe 5'4 and I'm 6'0). After that, the flight was much more comfortable for me. Entertainment options were good. Food was okay. Dreamliner is nice."
Punti negativi: "Connecting to this flight was sheer chaos. Security was COMPLETELY UNPREPARED for our incoming flight from Marrakech and for the scrum of us who had to sort of force our way through the "line" (if it can be called that) in order to make the flight to NYC."

Punti negativi: "The crew, ground staff at the airport and the managerial staff are the rudest i have ever seen. They are not apologetic for delays ,flight postponements and any inconviniences they cause to passengers. I literally had a screaming fit to get some service."

Punti negativi: "The flight didn't happen because they changed the time of the flight without notifying me. They left me crying, sick in airport with no hotel assistance. I technically came with plenty of time to make the new flight time but they were not helpful. I asked to be book a different route and they were unable to help me, the manager didn't show for 2 days and that was the person authorized to rebook me."

Punti negativi: "We came to the airport as usual(not in advance but on time), then they told us the plane has been full. They oversold ticket for like 20 and over 15 passengers can't assess to the plane. The staffs don't speak good English and their attitude are very passive. What is more? They don't even apologize. I had to stay at the hotel they offered for one more day and delayed my work."
