I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Il punto è che la compagnia sapeva benissimo del mal tempo dato che esiste il meteo che da le "previsioni" in anticipo proprio per evitare problemi ma, non sarebbe stato conveniente annullare il volo e rimborsarci tutti quindi hanno inventato una scusa al momento dell'atterraggio quando ovviamente nessuno dei passeggeri poteva opporsi. BRAVI!!! SIETE MOLTO FURBI. SIETE PROPRIO ITALIANI.. CHE TRISTEZZA!!!! MANGIATEVELI A MEDICINE I MIEI SOLDI. PEZZENTI!"

Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."

Cabin Staff just wanted to get away as fast as and gave up preventing these degenerate snowflake freeloaders from stuffing their bits and pieces in several storage cabins along the cabin. Of course these people went to all of the lockers in turn and rifled through them as their stuff was spread across several lockers. Luckily my bag, with it’s many padlocks, was completely locked down, and it survived an attempt to open it. My partner was not so lucky, however. Clearly the cabin staff are under pressure to get moving and keep the passengers happy. But it is obvious to m that these ‘later’ passengers are working a scam to steal from other passengers. RyanAir need to make these argumentative over packers, put their stuff in the hold, without question or get off. Off-boarding was also a joke, the priority boarders at the front of the plane that Paid the most, had to get on a bus to the terminal that was the last to move...so forcing a lengthy queue at passport control, it took over an hour to get into the terminal. As the less exoerienced traveller faffled about with their documents, multiple children, and no queueing system. It was chaos on the Spanish side. RyanAir would avoid the delays by having better trained assertive staff, and a little better administration on the ground to ensure that priority boarders get what they paid for. Otherwise I might as well fly SwissAir, or Lufthansa, which are only a 15% price point away. [after seat booking and other RyanAir add on costs.] Passenger===Disappointed [and literally was robbed in flight.]"

I kept requesting for a code over and over again thinking I was doing something wrong but the bottom to click just didn't process anything. So I thought with my confirmation number for the booking I will be fine at the airport to get my boarding pass. Well no. They charged us 50 euros per laugagge,, that didn't have any extra weight (11 kilos each laugagge and 50 euros for not printing the ticket. So we paid 300 euros for the 3 of us Now I know why the website didn't accept the request to print the tickets on line cause they wanted to charge ppl extra. And I was not the only one with this issue there were other people in line with the same problem. This is one of the worse airlines ever! Totally scam. They don't give you nothing on the flight not even water. Cause they try to sell it to you. Food, water, snacks. Beware this company is a scam and provide a horrible costumer service."
