Mis-leading seat image when selecting seats. Shows Buisness class large and 2X2 and Economy at 3x3. When you get on the plane it just a one large economy plane with a mark in business "Extra space for you in the middle seat". Food was cold food - no hot food on the whole plane - only hot coffee. I am not paying 4 times the amount to get economy seats that I can get and most probably get lucky and have an empty seat next to me. STAR ALLIANCE IS REALLY GOING DOWN AND LUFTHANSA IS THE WORST. Will never travel Lufthansa business class every again."

The times for boarding and departure were respected, the flight crew was extra nice, even accommodating requests that gave them extra-work. Economy passengers were treated like first class in terms of service and solicitude of the crew. Headphones, blankets, pillows were offered free of charge, so we’re the food and drinks, and there was a good selection of movies and music. On a 770$ ticket, mind you! The crew will come by repeatedly to check if passengers desired some more wine or coffee, offered water and juices on a tray several times outside the regular service times, and cared for the families with children. Thumbs up!"

"I’m six foot tall and barely fit in the seats. Leg room is just enough to sit down but that is also with my knee on the back of the seat in front of me. Snacks were okay, better than pretzels but still a bit lacking for a two hour flight imo. Served with bottled water was almost the least they could have done. Tap water would’ve been the least."

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

BA remains my favorite to fly long-haul: even in coach, the seats are reasonably spaced and comfortable, the meals are tasty and filling, and the cabin temperature is consistent. Especially appreciate the wine with dinner, which always helps me sleep half the flight away!"

In the end, we had to put in a little plastic bag everything valuable we had in the baggage, though on the plane there was plenty of space available in the overhead lockers."

Punti negativi: "First trip with AerLingus. It was late by 40 minutes. When we finally boarded they made a comment we were right on time when we most definitely were not. Then on the flight the only beverage service was almost non-existent because the flight attendants rush by rather than actually wanting to give anyone a beverage. Several people including me had connecting flights yet no one bothered to help us get to them on time. I barely made it to mine but several people probably did not as we got there 5 minutes before their flights were to take off."

I never understand why the back of the plane doesn't board first, other than first class."

The general attitude of the crew was reluctant at best.The food was mediocre, like what you would have gotten in a flight 10 years ago, and they gave beef to people who asked for chicken. I wanted to be more cool about it, but it was a terrible flight in every Aspect, and I never even got an apology or a follow up."
