My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. In 3 hours, only 2 people were assisted, causing us to miss our flight. I was traveling with my infant daughter on her first flight, I wasn't able to nurse her or change her. What a terrible experience. Are you working with American Airlines to improve their customer service? Surely, because you offer their flights in your site you support their practices. I just wanted a comfortable and reliable flight for my family. It's been very frustrating so far..."

Punti negativi: "AC was aware of flight delay due to computer system failure which caused missed flight connections for passengers and yet there was only one customer service rep at the counter in the Toronto Pearson airport to provide directions to stranded and confused passengers when AC1621 landed at 12:30pm on March 13 from Fort Lauderdale. After waiting in line at customer service for more than an hour, I was told I was booked for 9am flight the next day. I was with 2 kids, no options were explained about an overnight stay. The rep put me on standby and said they were flights every hour and told me to wait for next flight. Again no further explanations about standby, I was going from one gate to the next for 3 hours and I wasn't called. When I asked the agent, she asked me to wait. Finally a fellow passenger told me to check with agent at the next gate. That agent found out the cs rep put my family on standby but put a Nonexisting flight #202. So I was never called. I didn't pay money to get this kind of poor service. All I wanted was the basics, get me home without confusion. What a shame Air Canada! Our national pride is on the line. It should be named Air Nada cause no cs whatsoever. Bad management is to blame. Train your staff and hire qualified people to handle tech dept. We have no control over weather but tech backup is worth investing to prevent tech system issues."

I kept the window at the darkest setting, and, even so, the window was so hot you could not hold your hand on it for more than a few seconds without it burning. The heat radiated so far out from the window that I needed to keep the air vent open totolerate it. Usually, when one sits in a window seat, they have the luxury of leaning against it with their pillow as they rest. The heat made this very uncomfortable, and for me, impossible. In fact, at a certain point, a stewardess came to the row ahead of me and excused herself with those passengers saying that she wanted to check the window of that row as the person sitting there was wondering is there was a malfunction in the window because it was burning hot. I spoke up and told the stewardess that the window was unbearably hot and to try to hold her hand on it. She responded, "Wow! That really IS the hot!" She said she'd check up front. She came back saying the pilot said it was because we are on the side of the plane facing the sun. We were on that side for 8 hours!! I find it hard to believe these windows weren't researched more thoroughly under all conditions, including the continual beating of the particular seasonal angle of the sun for long overseas flights! Please take this response seriously, as it truly was incredibly uncomfortable."
