The crew always seems to be bothered to serve the customer. There is also a big difference between services going straight to Santiago on the 787 and to Peru on the 767. I understand the plan (767) is older and that does not bother me. What bothers me is the disparity in service between the two. I received great service the first time I traveled on LATAM, ever since then they have disappointed. I do not understand what is going on with them."

Great in-flight entertainment for as long as it was available. You can watch or listen to for free on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a great selection of movies, TV series and music."

La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."

Punti positivi: "This trip would have been another good experience for me flying with Iberia if it wasn't for the man that was sitting behind me. He didn't want me to recline my seat because he wanted to cross his legs... I told him that the guy in front of me had his seat reclined all the way and I wanted (sort of needed) to do the same, then he got aggressive with verbal abuse, called me names and he punched my seat. So I called the flight attendant and told her about the incident. She was nice and calm and told the man in a very respectful way that I wasn't doing anything wrong and he should not behave in an aggressive manner, etc. The man kept mumbling insults addressed to me while talking to his wife and making sure I was hearing it.... And he kept kicking my seat every now and then, and made a fuss every time he went to the toilet. He really ruined my flight experience to New York."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."
