12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English.
Staff super friendly. Comfortable sears. Food very good.

Boarding is crazy without zones, or any order to the boarding process it’s just a free for all. The plane is kept too warm. And though I know the delays were not their fault a little more information about why we were delayed with more updates about when we would finally ge to move would have been appreciated. Also having to pay €100 for checking an 8 kilo bag is an absolute scam.

First, they were unable to find my reservation for the return flight second they refused to assign me a seat Third they put me on stand by keeping me waiting for confirmation When I was finally allowed to board I had a terrible seat surrounded by screaming toddlers!!!

Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.
I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

I loved everything! The plane was well maintained, the crew were friendly and attentive, the flight was comfortable even for such long hours. Food was also great! In flight entertainment had recent movies and shows, even international selections.

When i booked on kayak was from 8th August to 18th August when BA booked 8th August to 18th September it cost me extra to come back on monday 20th August £ 1400 extra
I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that 1) I was seated at the emergency exit, 2) that as a result, I would not be allowed to have my carry-on at my seat. Communication would have been appreciated.
We where delayed for just over an hour
Flight was delayed. Poor food offerings, no entertainment, minimal leg room, rushed and cramped boarding process.
This is my first and last time taking British Airways. When I was boarding the flight. The flight attendant literally stood in the aisle in front of me talking to a patron. Instead of moving into the empty seat and letting the rest of us move to our seat. He refused and ignored us. As we waited,the captain made a brash announcement and the plane started moving. Twenty patrons included me were not seated. I never had a plane move when we were not seated. I have to squeeze by flight attendant to get into my seat. No courtesy. He didn’t care about me at all. I had a carry on and a baggage. How could he not care about the rest of the people who was standing Experience. To make it worst, I got sick from the pasta and spent to hours with stomach cramps, heats sweats, and nauseous. Will never do again.
They have the most inefficient boarding pass that literally turns into a mob madness.
Boarding was confusing and disorganized
She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
Food was excellent, frequent and filling
The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too.

We were fed a nice pasta meal and offered drinks twice. They also gave a muffin for desert. The flight attendants were very nice and attentive with cheerful smiles. I wish every airline had service this good!
Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew.
Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly.

I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare
Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards
The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically.
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!
1. Had to check out baggage in Delhi, instead of through checkin to final destination 2. one of the baggage was lost 3. took 45 mins to check in at the air india counter for seating and my seat was separate from my child 4. audio was not working for the entertainment
Took Air India from Kabul to Dubai through Delhi and experience was so poor, cancelled the return and bought another ticket back direct.
Original flight got cancelled and reschedule 8 hours later in the day
Overall we had wonderful experience. Good service, food good, good entertainment, courteous staff. I recommend this airline.

I had the seat 48A which was next to the emergency exit and no chairs front of me which made me very comfortable. Also I can drink anything i want as much as I want.
Out of the whole 13 hours flight we only had 2 meals which was not enough for me. I was hungry between the two meals during the flight so i asked the flight attendant for anything to eat and she gave me 2 hot peice of bread. I accepted without complain.

3 4 3 seating results in very narrow isles ... during the longer flights on the 777 the isle seated passengers lean into the isles making going to and from the restrooms in ( coach) a bit of an obstacle course

The baggage was checked at airport and was not closed all the way. It was transferred being half open and arrived half opened. I could have lost the contents of my bag.
We missed THE connecting fligh. They provide us really low quality hotel not clean at all. Also it took us 5 hours to go to the hotel from the airport. They made us wait 5 hours. I felt like I’m an illegal immigrant. In the hotel there was no slipper no toothbrushes. They should’ve provided us a kit
Service on Aeroflot is good -- helpful and friendly.
We had several problems with our reservation. Our tickets on Kayak.com were sold through airfare.com. We received an email from aifrare.com confirming that we purchased two round-trip tickets. But we did not get seat assignments, and the confirmation number we received from airfare.com was incorrect. We only found out about the confirmation number when we tried to contact Aeroflot to get seat assignments. But contacting Aeroflot online was problematic. Instructions there would send us to screens/options links that didn't work. So, we called Aeroflot. They gave us the correct confirmation number over the phone, but sent us back to the website to get seats. And the website again was problematic. We did eventually get assigned seats, and we did make our flight from the U.S. to Moscow. But then our return flight was also problematic. We could not get seat assignments until we went to the airport for our flight home. Aeroflot then told us that I did not have a reservation. Eventually Aeroflot did recognize my reservation, but then told us that it did not have any seats together for my husband and me, unless we paid for an upgrade.

It was already assigned and didn't let me change it Boarding was later than scheduled and caused my connecting flight at O'Hare hectic This was the first time that I had ordered Kosher food and I would never make that mistake again, the meal was okay but the sandwich was awful and had no taste!

The food was very cheap, we had no choice for a better offer. We were hungry and had to eat.... The seats were changed at the last minute, we were very upset!!! We did our confirmation on line and get our seats assigned. When we got to the airport we were surprised that they changed them.

Fabulous crew, good choice of food and drinks and served whenever you want it. Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful.
Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines.
Service was great for such a long flight. It would be good to have like a snack bar for people to purchase snacks.

The crew was attentive and polite. The flights were on time, and the entertainment options were good. The Doha airport is quite nice, with many eating and retail options. although everything is very expensive, even by airport standards.
My wife and I personally don't mind a selection that leans heavily toward Indian food, but I imagine others will not. The main courses were mediocre and the "sandwich" offered between meals on the 13+ hour flight was cold, soggy and inedible. The seats on our A350 were hard and not very comfortable, and the recline function was difficult to operate. Security at the Doha airport was confusing. We had to go through 3 separate checkpoints for our transfer, each with different rules and procedures. The final check at our departure gate was the worst, with impatient officials giving hurried instructions in heavily-accented English, and scolding if passengers didn't understand. I was sent back through a second time to remove my camera from the bag (and to be scolded by the agent), and was patted down a second time coming back through the x-ray, which had green-lighted me both times. It made me wonder if this was a reaction to the extra scrutiny that Arab passengers receive from our airport security in the USA.

The service onboard the flight was good as usual. Nice and attentive crew, and tasty food as well.
Boarding took too long. The ground crew had all the passengers line up in front of the gate, and wait for about 30 minutes before we were allowed to board. No explanations were given for the delay. The entertainment service needs updating. There didn't seem to be a lot of new movies from the last time time I flew the airline over two months ago.

The food was tasty, as usual. The crew were attentive and it was a relatively smooth ride.
The boarding gate was located much further than I remember for previous flights. And then we had to board shuttle buses to the plane, which made for an unpleasant boarding experience. Too many carry-on bags onboard meant no space for my bag in my allocated overhead bin. The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish.
Flight was delayed by over an hour causing us to miss our connecting flight. Had to wait in the airport all night and no one from Turkish airlines did anything to help us or accommodate us during our unexpected overnight layover.
