serving food w.ith heavy air tubulance is not advisable especially with hot drinks. Late serving may irritate some passengers but food can wait and safety of the crew is more important..

We rented tablets to see movies and I'm not very technological but the stewardess was very patient with me and took time to help me set up and she showed me how to go about in your application. The flights to and from Las Vegas were perfect and all thanks to the wonderful crew you have, even the pilot was standing at the entrance to greet us when we boarded which was great as I got to see who I was entrusting my life to during this 4h38 min flight, quite reassuring. Anyways, UA, Transat and AA take a back seat to Air Canada any day of the week!"

Punti negativi: "Air Canada connecting flight from LA was 1 hr late coming in and no indication was given whether the flight to Milan would wait, nor any help was given in getting us to the gate. We barely made it through crowds at the adjacent gates and only because we heard our name called before closing the gate. A bit of coordination and desire to help would have gone a long way in helping navigate access through a long and less than walker-friendly set of terminals."
Punti negativi: "On the way to Barcelona, We didn't have access to any online media during the flight because their wifi wasn't working properly and we couldn't download the app. On the return, we downloaded the app prior to boarding but the app failed to work properly!"

Punti negativi: "I will never fly Air Canada between Detroit and Toronto again. Both ways the crew looked exhausted and like they were rather be anyplace but working our flight. Both times they took our carry ons without giving us a choice. For our flight out this was a stressful nuisance because we had to catch a connecting overseas flight. This involved my husband and son going to baggage claim and then having to go back through customs and TSA. The whole point of carry ons is to avoid this. Luckily we didn't miss our international flight but not a good way to begin a trip of a lifetime. Flight was completely uncomfortable and it seemed like no one cared. Should have driven"

Punti negativi: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours. After boarding, it was another hour before the flight took off. I was seated next to a family with 2 cranky children. I chose this flight just because it was supposed to arrive in Miami at a decent time. Ended up sleep deprived at work the next day."

Punti negativi: "Our flight through Air Canada arriving to Toronto was late and our flight to Milan from Toronto was also delayed. We would have been able to get onto the flight from Toronto to Milan because we made it to the gate in time but because our baggage was not with us we had to take the next flight that then took us to the U.K. and then to Milan. With the next air canada flight also being delayed, go figure. We finally arrive in Milan and with an entire day gone to explore the city. We waited 2 hours for luggage when our bags never came we checked lost and found and it turns out that our luggage was still in Toronto. Seriously Air Canada? Our luggage hasn't even left Toronto yet? So much for not being able to catch or last flight because our bags were not with us. We finally get our luggage a day later on the exact same flight we would have taken the day before, had Air Canada not screwed everything up."

Punti negativi: "My one checked bag did not arrive,. And when I reported it, there was no tracking for it. It was stressful because I had one night before I was leaving for a back country trip and the " lost" bag had " no hits" when the bar Cade was scanned. So I spent hours trying to find someone who could assist me. I lost one whole vacation day dealing with the bag issue. Sure wish I could get some compensation."

Punti positivi: "Wonderful service! Everyone on the plane was very helpful and polite. There was a lot of room in between seats. The bathrooms were very neat and clean. I ordered a healthy meal (of which I never have done this before) and it was very tasty. That was a nice option, to have something light and healthy. My husband had the regular option and also commented on how it was very good (for airplane food). Only thing he didn't like was the light lunch that was a heated up wrap. At that point, we were almost home and it didn't matter. Nice flight! We will be back!"

Punti negativi: "They would have gotten a better rating if my luggage would have shown up. Instead, I was told to wait in a "holding pen" for my luggage to show up so I could clear customs. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went to the Air Canada desk and was immediately told my luggage was not in Toronto. They were easily able to verify it but didn't figure it was important enough to tell me although for most of the time, I was the only one waiting in the room. My luggage did arrive two days after I did."

Punti negativi: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."

The annoying part was that we were boarded and then were informed there was a maintenance issue, then there was a fire alarm so we ended up sitting in our seats for an hour before the flight finally took off and it was already a 6.5 hour flight so being stuck on there longer was not ideal"
