The entertainment provided had a lot of choices I had an 8 1/2 hour layover in Doha. They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. But still the leg room would have been ok but the middle seat (second row behind the bilkhead row) had the front passenger's entertainment system arranged across the footwell, not sideways, so it completely blocked the footwell and prevented any stretching of the legs. I am a tall passenger and this caused much discomfort on the flight, I had to keep getting up to walk around. I also found the seat bottom quite uncomfortable (not enough padding I think), butnghis could have been made worse by the footwell issue. Regards Neil"

The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"

They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

The boarding process was a mess. It was hectic and unorganized. The flight was delayed an hour, and the crew failed to provide an adequate rationale as to why. Speaking of the crew, they weren't helpful. At one point, I had asked to use the restroom, and I couldn't get in. Again the crew provided no rationale as to why. Then, a few HOURS later, a lady approached me and said I could go "very quickly". This was my first time flying with Emirates and I don't think I'll be flying with them again."

The crew was courteous but the hostesses could try smiling a bit more. Their courtesy was appreciated but it felt very methodical, more of an obligation and not spontaneous. The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. I expected to see a wider selection of more recent and award winning movies. Will definitely fly Turkish Airlines again."

Voli costantemente in ritardo che hanno causato, perciò, la eredità di coincidenze aeree con conseguente blocco a terra per un giorno. Bagaglio non arrivato contestualmente con il volo sul quale si è viaggiato. Impossibilità di ottenere un upgrade in classe business nonostante la richiesta di pagare - com'è ovvio - la differenza. La motivazione per questo diniego non solo non è stata fornita ma soprattutto c'è stato un continuo scarico di responsabilità da uno all'altro... Pessima esperienza"

The entire Turkish airlines team at IST is the biggest joke for a customer service team I have ever encountered in any line of business. I have never met a group of "professionals" that are so unprofessional, rude, void of empathy, and overall customer service knowledge than the turkish airlines team at IST. I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."
