Punti negativi: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Punti negativi: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

"The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane."

"We got hit with surprise baggage fees because the baggage structure was entirely unclear -- we even looked for how to book bags with Iberia ahead of time. Did not recieve email or load a webpage in the whole flight. Also crew was completely misinformed about COVID regulations in Spain - insisted we need a PcR test and QR code from online site and that was not true for travellers from Italy. Bush league airline; not what it used to be."

This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

The whole experience has made me decide to never use them ever again."

This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

A bordo dell'aereo tutto quello che riguarda l'intrattenimento, video film, air show , musica assolutamente scadente, parlo della tratta Roma Sao Paulo, vecchi aerei datati con le apparecchiature e schermi vecchissimi e addirittura mal funzionanti. Il cibo un altra pecca, con tutto rispetto ,ma forse si mangia meglio alla mensa della Caritas. Nota dolente, finito il pranzo manco il caffe ci hanno offerto nonostante il sacchettino con il cucchiaino e zucchero fosse presente. Come detto prima la maggior parte della crew sono altezzosi e depressi. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

Personale praticamente inesistente: hanno offerto un frizzantino o un succo subito dopo l’imbarco, hanno chiesto se qualcuno voleva mangiar qualcosa e poi sono scomparsi per 10 ore. Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?"

Son riusciti a servire le file da 1 a 10, spiegando ai passeggeri quanto era corto o lungo un certo tipo di caffè latte, quanto era salato o dolce un tipo di snack, come erano i succhi, birre e vini. I due terzi dei passeggeri dalla fila 11 in poi sono rimasti a digiuno perché bisognava prepararsi all'atterraggio. Ridicoli. Inadeguati."
