Hours due to engine issues and they had to get a new plane so the rerouted two flights had To be canceled And I was stuck overnight again in Dallas. No one met me at the gate or had anything to say to me. Not really one ounce of customer service . I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."

We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."

We arrived at Casablanca at 10am and had a 12 hours stop so we were offered lodging but because of slow processing and uncaring crew, we didn’t get to the hotel until past 1:30pm and were told we need to leave the room by 6pm. It was good service overall, but RAM crew poorly managed the passengers. The bus to the aircraft was not air conditioned and you literally boil inside waiting to be release. That was awesome to know I won't face more fees just for traveling with enough personal items for the trip. Not every flight or carrier provides food or refreshments either, perhaps to safe money, but when the customer experiences services like those that are provided in Royal Air Maroc, they will continue to come back and support the company, even when prices might go up a bit higher. People in general want to be treated with respect and I feel like each person in my flight received that. Thank you for a calm and safe experience."

The crew did not apologize neither or at least say they were sorry for the delay. As if it was completly normal for them! After this we had to wait one hour for the lugage to be finally distributed on the rolling carpet. And again zero explanation nor apologies. This glight costed 200eur for a one way flight that lasted 40minutes between sicily and tunis. This company is a shame for the country!"

Also there was the inconvenience and stress involved not to mention the extra work of friends in Abidjan to go twice to change my ticket for my connecting flight. And then after all that my luggage did not arrive with me. So I had to go on to my final destination without it and I'm borrowing clothes to wear. When I asked at the Tunisair counter about some sort of recompense for all the trouble I received a very unsympathetic and unsatisfactory answer"
