I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

Punti positivi: "I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."
Punti negativi: "The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

Punti negativi: "We were traveling with my 94-year-old grandfather who needed wheelchair assistance. And it took the 4th person I asked to get any assistance. The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."

When you ask, they say they'll bring it but don't. Waiting an hour for luggage because there's a "shift change" - this despite several arriving flights."

The crew did not apologize neither or at least say they were sorry for the delay. As if it was completly normal for them! After this we had to wait one hour for the lugage to be finally distributed on the rolling carpet. And again zero explanation nor apologies. This glight costed 200eur for a one way flight that lasted 40minutes between sicily and tunis. This company is a shame for the country!"

Punti positivi: "I like that Tunisair made an exception and checked me in and let me get on the flight even though there was only about 40 minutes left for my flight. That's because as it I only was supposed to have 1:20 minutes between my flights. I didn't know I had to change terminals after arriving in ORYC didn't know I'd have to go through security again, two customs (one to get in and one to get out), it was pretty wild, have no idea how I made it. My bag didn't make it, of course."

The take off and landing were incredibly rough. Overall this flight was poor. The one bright spot was kind flight attendants."

Also there was the inconvenience and stress involved not to mention the extra work of friends in Abidjan to go twice to change my ticket for my connecting flight. And then after all that my luggage did not arrive with me. So I had to go on to my final destination without it and I'm borrowing clothes to wear. When I asked at the Tunisair counter about some sort of recompense for all the trouble I received a very unsympathetic and unsatisfactory answer"
