It would’ve been helpful for them to note the gates of connecting flights for the passengers affected by the late departure. My luggage did not make the transfer from Moscow to Prague, as I had feared. But it did get delivered to me about 10 hrs later. Traveling can already be a little stressful; I think some of this could’ve been minimized."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

A bordo dell'aereo tutto quello che riguarda l'intrattenimento, video film, air show , musica assolutamente scadente, parlo della tratta Roma Sao Paulo, vecchi aerei datati con le apparecchiature e schermi vecchissimi e addirittura mal funzionanti. Il cibo un altra pecca, con tutto rispetto ,ma forse si mangia meglio alla mensa della Caritas. Nota dolente, finito il pranzo manco il caffe ci hanno offerto nonostante il sacchettino con il cucchiaino e zucchero fosse presente. Come detto prima la maggior parte della crew sono altezzosi e depressi. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."

We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

Cibo ovviamente non provato, perché non era il caso di cenare alle quattro di notte. Confort buono, in Magnifica. Personale praticamente inesistente: hanno offerto un frizzantino o un succo subito dopo l’imbarco, hanno chiesto se qualcuno voleva mangiar qualcosa e poi sono scomparsi per 10 ore. Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?"

Punti negativi: "Per un volo di soli 45 minuti gli assistenti di volo hanno tirato fuori un carrello con una scelta di bevande e cibo esagerata. Son riusciti a servire le file da 1 a 10, spiegando ai passeggeri quanto era corto o lungo un certo tipo di caffè latte, quanto era salato o dolce un tipo di snack, come erano i succhi, birre e vini. I due terzi dei passeggeri dalla fila 11 in poi sono rimasti a digiuno perché bisognava prepararsi all'atterraggio. Ridicoli. Inadeguati."

When we went to pay for the new flights, the credit card machine wasn't working, and we had to pay in cash. We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this."

One young lady in particular rolled her eyes and indicated that we should look at the screen when we asked what time we should leave - eventually she was so rude to customers with children who were complaining about the delays that she got up and walked away from her post at the gate. Her colleagues later suggested that if people wanted to complain they should walk to a destination within Tunis airport that ultimately had no representatives - let alone facilities - through which we could lodge our complaints about the lack of communication with passengers who are paying for such shoddy service."

I saw people become physically and verbally aggressive with other passengers and airline staff over mounting frustrations, I was frightened, lost an entire day of my much needed long weekend and the return was only marginally better. Staff was rude, dismissive, VERY disorganized and not at all apologetic for putting people through such a horrendous experience. If it is a difference of a few hundred dollars between Tunisair and another airline, TAKE THE OTHER AIRLINE! The airline they called to get us out of Tunis said this happens with them at least once a week. The rescuing airline was lovely though! Tunisair- Never, ever again!"

Punti negativi: "An hour late taking off and Tunis airport was a NIGHTMARE - overweight baggage charges not able to be paid AT checkin desk. Have to go across airport and line up at cashier's and then come back to checkin. Ridiculous arrangement. Same with 'exit stamp' for residents. Queue up at immigration - get to window - told need stamp costing TND 60 which can only be bought at one of the banks out the front of the airport (for cash). No bureau de change through security for changing Tunisian dinars and cannot use these at duty free Then departure lounge was suddenly changed at last minute Then at departure lounge entry was at a snail's pace as there was no X-ray machine and security was hand checking every single piece of carrying luggage and patting you down (with the male security guard watching the female security guard do this to female passengers, with interest - yuck) Landed late No understanding of, or interest in, special dietary requirements (on board staff) - mostly my fault as I had forgotten I needed to let them know before that I was vegan - but there was little interest or sympathy from the cabin crew. Indeed they said they said something like they sometimes had extras for themselves and they'd check - but then forgot about me. Did they not have them or wat them thrnsrlves? And then going to the bathroom all the cabin staff were sitting/standing in a circle, chatting and laughing and in the way of opening the bathroom door which was awkward for me and unprofessional of them. There was no suggestion of any radio or movie on board. I would NOT fly this airline again."
