It went chaotic . People were confused about their seats. Many seats were assigned to 2 peoples...
Yelling and loud on plane. Many missed their connection. Passengers were not happy at all

Punti negativi: The food options were given as couscous or veggies but their was no specification as to containing met or what kind. Any entertainment whatsoever would be better for longer flights. The seats could be in beter repair and cleaner.

Staff was great
Punti negativi: We missed our connection, and then when we tried to re-book our flight for the next available one, the employees at the counter were super rude and unprofessional. When we went to pay for the new flights, the credit card machine wasn't working, and we had to pay in cash. We didn't have that cash, and we had to go withdraw it from an ATM which charged us huge fees. We were very unhappy with how Veuling handled this.

Punti negativi: The mechanism to receive baggage at check-in broke during check-in. I waited 50 minutes in line for them to fix it. This was not acceptable as there were many other check-in counters not in use that the Tunisair staff could have moved to at the time.

A delay of 2hours with late arrival
Punti negativi: The delay of two Hours . A very pour VIP Lounge for which I paid US$30 with no drinks other than water and other soft drinks too rich in sugar to be good for healt !! Poor cold snak : local too salty cheese, very common white bread instead of local tasty one, poor choice of unsliced fruits , cold croissant and numerous noisy staff watching an egyptian football game on the only open TV screen.

Punti negativi: Lined up as instructed by rows. An hour later we finally boarded (no announcement at all as to why) and they took lowest row numbers first. Complete mess, longest and most disorganized boarding ever.

Punti negativi: Flight was delayed ‘20 min’ aka 1h30. They had us board and get off because the plane ‘wasnt ready’. I’m skeptical that they accidentally boarded the wrong passengers bc right after, a different group boarded on the same plane, destined for a different continent. The crewmember in the airport in charge of communicating with us would walk away for 20+ min when passengers asked questions. I do not recommend this airline.

Punti negativi: The flight was late, again, although this time by only an hour and 20 minutes. Food was all meat-based so not suitable for vegetarians. A family's young toddler threw up on the flight and the crew merely passed him some napkins but didn't even help clean or disinfect, so the entire flight smelled like vomit. As usual, another terrible experience with TunisAir.
Long delays without explanation and rude staff

Punti negativi: The plane was eventually delayed by two hours (incrementally, of course) with staff on the ground not only making zero effort to provide an explanation, but, additionally, when asked, they were incredibly rude. One young lady in particular rolled her eyes and indicated that we should look at the screen when we asked what time we should leave - eventually she was so rude to customers with children who were complaining about the delays that she got up and walked away from her post at the gate. Her colleagues later suggested that if people wanted to complain they should walk to a destination within Tunis airport that ultimately had no representatives - let alone facilities - through which we could lodge our complaints about the lack of communication with passengers who are paying for such shoddy service.

Punti positivi: Our flight was at 17;00 and when we check in our luggage’s it’s shows a delay on the screen till 18:55 which we understood but they change it again to 17:30 without any announcement or information and we used to miss our flight, fortunately my kid shows on the screen the changing and we could board
Mediocre experience

Punti negativi: Initial delay from 7:30am to noon. Then, to arrive at airport and see the plane was delayed even longer, until 2pm. Older aircraft, stained seats, and on the return we bounced round quite a bit.
