"I was assaulted by another passenger in the flight..the crew didn’t help me at all..and on top of tht they canceled my ticket..and didn’t refund my ticket as well..I reported kayak abt the incident..they kept playing games for 20 days..telling me they applied for refund but nvr issued any refund until I disputed the charges with my credit card company..after tht they were offering me tiny refund tht would not cover my ticket..kept me d run around..zero customer service..bunch of liers..I’m a repeat customer with kayak n I was still treated like shit..I’m so disappointed n pissed of with kayak..I will recommend all my friends n family to not trust kayak..the customer service guy who dealt with my situation..his name is Baldwin..this stupid guy needs to be fired..he don’t knw wat he is doing..total idiot.."

If you ask for something the answer was sorry we don’t have. The wifi didn’t work properly and now you have to pay for that. My seat, 87K didn’t work, it was blocked and I couldn’t reclined. Emirates used to be very good airline but not anymore."

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

On top of that, both legs of my flight my outlet was not working and not charging my device. Air Canada rouge- never again!"

Being in the last seat, unable to recline, I had the passenger in front of me recline into my lap and refused to adjust his seat. She ignored the situation and went in the back behind her curtain to knit while I sat sideways the entire flight with my feet in the aisle. People going to the bathroom were forced to step over my feet, but at least they were sympathetic"

Punti negativi: "I hour layover from Newark to Montreal to get a connecting flight to Paris. I almost missed my plane. I didn't pickup my luggage for custom inspection , luckily it arrived on the destination place. I was so stressed out only 2 minutes left and they would have closed the door."

Punti positivi: "Quick operation OK for the small aircraft we had but this was a long journey from Venice, Italy to Toronto. Uncomfortable and boring. Was offered water frequently :-) at least didn't have to ask or pay for it."
Punti negativi: "Food was not good at all. Snacks are bad and only sugar-laden cookies. No entertainment available unless you have Air Canada app. How were you supposed to know? It was too late by the time you were on board! Otherwise pay $10 to rent their iPads for it LOL"

The wifi in the airport is terrible so not able to download app for all devices. The entertainment choices were very limited. For such a long flight, they should add more choices. Would not recommend Air Canada for light to/from Europe."

Punti negativi: "1. They loan out iPads for entertainment which you had to pay for because the plane was an older model and there were no individual tv screens available. This should be a free service with the amount of fare I paid for the trip. 2. Also on my way to Rome, flying air canada, too, my husband and i fell asleep and missed our meals. When I asked the crew for my meals they said "it's unsafe to give it to me anymore." But that's what refrigerators are for - to store food safely for passengers. I just don't buy their reasoning. It's just an excuse not to serve passengers. Needless to say my husband and I went hungry until they served breakfast. 3. From LA to Toronto & Montreal back to LA, was a 4-6 hr flight where they don't feed you or give you blankets. When I asked why blankets are not available, the crew said, "because that's all what we'll be doing is handing out blanket." The crew should realize that providing comfort for their passengers is a huge part of their service they should provide. This was my first time flying with air canada and I was very disappointed. Air Canada will definitely not be on my top airlines to fly next time."

Punti positivi: "Venice airport is in a chaotic state of reconstruction and seems to lack information services for connecting flights. As a result, I was directed to the Air Canada check in counter, which then made it necessary to re-enter the security line, followed by a massive passport line. Each line was backed up to the limits. Only by begging people in line was I able to make it to my connecting flight seconds before they closed the door. I was the last to enter during "Last Call." Nevertheless, the crew of the Air Canada flight were outstanding. No entertainment except iPad movies for $10.00."

Punti positivi: "We missed our connecting flight due to a delay and we were automatically rebooked on the next fight. On an US airline, we would have o stand in line to get that done. We traveled on Rouge, from Venice to Montreal, and it was better than the reviews I had prior. There was an outlet to charge electronic devices and the app was easy to use."
Punti negativi: "The delay was due to getting baggage loaded. 1.5 hours. There is an issue there."
