Premesso che abbiamo il covid da 2 anni … inutile urlare al check in (tenere le distanze) se poi dentro l’areo non ci sono posti a separarci (così come in aeroporto due no ed uno si) nell’aereo. Il personale scorbutico e non ha fatto rispettare le più normali norme. Se fosse

Then they made me pay 120 Euros and asked me to take the bag out to the plane. So they charged me 120 Euros extra for nothing and only did this once they saw my American Passport."

The flight was delayed, the aircraft was changed last minute and my partner and I got separated, though we paid for the emergency exit seats. Accidentally I spot it and then it was sorted out.

Pessimi per quanto riguarda il ceckin. Non mi è stato possibile fare il ceckin online perché siamo all’ndata che al ritorno mi dava un errore dovuta al loro sito e mi hanno fatto pagare 41,50 per il ceckin in aeroporto a Malpensa.Gia all’andata avevo inviato un’email di reclamo ma non c’è stata risposta! Penosi!! Peggio della Ryan Air! In futuro eviterò Wizz Air!!!

Tutto ok soprattutto il personale di bordo ed il pilota...

there was a delay for over 3 hours due to fog this is toatly acceptable, beacause of flight safety but since the fog was not unknown why we were boarded and than had to wait on plane without option to go back to the terminal the boarding was on foot so there was cnot supposed to be a big problem to get back and than reboard

The lights in the inside of the plane were like strobe lights, poor functioning.

The staff were very strict on following the disembarking procedures in line with COVID restrictions which I really appreciated

Punti positivi: "I prezzi sono davvero unici. Bisogna cercare e prendere al volo l'offerta, ma ne vale la pena. Il personale a terra e a bordo è cordiale ed efficiente. Apprezzo il fatto di pagare per eventuali consumazioni... meno sprechi di soldi e di cibo. Buffa la vendita dei grattaevinci a bordo."

Punti negativi: "Non stop talking regarding selling you food and drinks. Then perfume and jewelry, then scratch off tickets. Then donate to a kids charity. No magazine in my seat to see what food or drink options they had . No seats even had a space for a mag or your iPad. Seat pretty uncomfortable."
Punti negativi: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."
