They also cannot change my flight, or my seat, in the event that I am seated next to the person with the issue. They did give me a bag in which to place my carry on before storing it overhead. But once on the plane, I realized that my checked bag would be thrown in with everyone else's. In addition, I had forgotten to preorder gluten free food. The airline had nothing gluten free to offer me on a prolonged international flight and did not even offer to produce any gluten free snack (peanuts? cheese?) to tide me over. My luggage is still sitting in my car awaiting a process. However, in the unfortunate event that it has come into contact with bedbugs it may be too late :("
"Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process."

We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Even the boards showed the 8:55 pmflight had already departed.... At 5pm. Finally made it to customer service and they gave us the gate number and confirmed the flight didn't leave until 8:55. Then the flight got delayed 20 minutes. No problem, but after boarding we sat in the cramped and poorly cushioned seats for 45 minutes before takeoff because the plane needed servicing. Air jets would not turn off and my husband, who had a window seat, was freezing due to cold air constantly blowing around his feet. When we got off the plane he could barely feel his feet."

Once off the plane they only had 2 people working rebooking and 2 working bag issues even though there was plenty employees around. After an incredibly long line, the gate agent was very rude. He barely acknowledged me, wouldn't look at me and just shoved my new ticket at me and said next. I tried to talk to another while waiting an extra 4hrs for my next flight and all she did was shove a business card with numbers and said if I had a problem to call one of those numbers and then rolled her eyes and started talking to her friends again. I saw another couple from my flight being passed around and getting rude treatment as well. Another I talked to said they will never fly Air Canada again. I know it wasn't their fault our flight was late but a little compassion and good customer service goes a long way. I had to spend $15 on dinner that I wouldn't if I had made my flight but they gave another couple from my flight $10 vouchers for food. So inconsistent! I also paid $100 extra on my ticket to sit closer to the front of the plane since I knew I had a short layover (which didn't make a difference) but they just gave the same seat to the girl next to me for the same reason. When I asked for a refund on the seat cost they just blew me off. To sum it up, the flight crew was great and very friendly but all the ground employees were awful and really need to improve on their customer service skills."

Nobody should be asked to move like that, especially after choosing my seat online at least three months prior to the flight when I purchased my ticket. Food also not great."

And, this portion of the plane was in a cold zone. I and the other passengers were cold (I heard others complAining about it too)."

I know this because I was told this was the fastest route to DC--before the same Air Canada agent then told me that it was no longer available. A dreadful experience."

Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

I had called out to him several times to tell him this, but he did not hear me. The seats on the flight were very cramped (I sat in 37G). By comparison, I found the seats in the Lufthansa flight I took from Munich to Tel Aviv to be much more spacious. In comparison to Lufthansa, I think United is a second class (or worse) airline."

Due to the wait we almost missed our flight, we were literally the last to board the plane. We were hoping to grab some breakfast for the kids as we had a long flight and did not have time to do so because of this delay. This is why we called ahead to reserve the wheelchair. The people checking in did not seem to care about the delay and only told us to be patient. Sad, unfortunate experience with accessibility issues."
