I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed."

Punti negativi: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Insufficien/inappropriate food ( BEEF Prevented choices ) - Eliminate beef from your food choices. Many people like me can eat Non vegetarian meals like chicken, fish , EXCEPT BEEF Ran out of the Salmon fish dish. I was given a snacking cheese sandwich instead! This would not have happened if you had selected other than a beef dish! Cramped seating. The airlines greed shows in picking out the seat placement design. The plane had extremely limited knee room. I'm five foot five inches tall and my knees were almost touching the seat in front."

Punti positivi: "I sat in coach but was treated like I was in first class. Hot towels. Entrees were very excellent. The food was above what I expected coach meals to be from my experiences flying different carriers to over 8 different countries. The customer service was amazing! The lady flight attendant for my section was very attentive and friendly. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally interrupted one male flight attendant from doing his job, he politely gestured which reassured me that he would be right with me when he was done with what he was doing. I asked him if they had any heartburn or antiacids available which they didn't. These 2 interactions with the flight attendants made the flight very enjoyable."

I was told no. I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

Punti negativi: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

We didn’t sign anything and gate checked it and all was fine but some incompetent crew at check in. Not very helpful finding seats with all four of us. Put us in different rows. Could work on their customer service for sure."

Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

I'd also requested an aisle seat due to a hip issue and was told I'd have one - but when I went to check in, I'd been put in a center seat in a bulkhead. I was able to change but it was the last row of the plane. We the gate they were able to move me up at the last minute - but this all could've been much easier."

Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again."

The plane was new - an Airbus A330 - and the flight crew was friendly and helpful."

That was a rude situation....I felt cheated and then insulted . 2) CPH - Nice : The breakfast or the included orange drink gave me an upset stomach and bad case of Hemorroides. 3) I accepted a glass of tomatoe juice and when I asked for a coke with my lunch , the stewardess said I had only right to one drink and would have to pay the rest....really ? - wine used to be free and now a glass costs $4...really ?? 4) I arrived at CPH airport for my transfer .. the flight was yet not on the screen but no one gave any instruction and no officials of any kind were around to enquire....a cleaning crew finally directed me correctly. 5) the security line in New York to board was ridiculously long...someone shouted to take off our smelly shoes...really ?? 6) most were directed to the right with four snaking unending lines to one security check . From time to time others were directly directed ed to the left where there was no line and option of two security checks. Half way through my wait , most were directed to the left and all who were 'late', were let out first to their gate. The whole experience before, on the plane and after was not worth the money...least of all a pleasant one."

Anyway, Iberia offered to rebook me the following day and put me on standby for the next flight to give me the morning to renew my passport. However when I came back to check in for the second flight, the original attendant had forgotten to actually add me to the standby list and in the meantime, my connecting flight had become overbooked. The check-in folks argued about whether I could be upgraded to fit onto this flight, but decided that since the original dely was my fault, the best they could offer was a flight at the same time the following day. I asked if I could rebook my return flight to push it back a day, and they told me that figure reservations could only be changed over the phone. I totally accept that monitoring the validity of my passport is my responsibility, but refusing to put in an ounce of effort to assist their customers with relatively unknown and counterintuitive restrictions, then not admitting to fault of your own or lifting a finger to make up for blatantly crappy service if it even slightly affects their bottom line is absurd. Do better, Iberia. Oh wait, you're an airline. I won't hold my breath."

To our surprise the connecting flight already left when we arrived to Madrid. It’s clear that this was a case of “not our problem” from the JFK Iberia ticket agent. Rather than helping us find a viable alternative for our flight (namely a flight that doesn’t arrive more than a full day later) before leaving for Madrid they shipped us to Madrid where there were poor/no options for getting to Split at the original planned time. I’m very upset that I’m going arrive more than a day late to my destination and that I was blatantly lied to by the Iberia agent at JFK, never ever going to book a flight with Iberia again."

The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing."

Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Extremely disorganized, terrible customer service OH AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR BAGS TWICE to get reimbursed later but I don’t believe anything Tap Portugal says so we’ll see. Staff advice did not align and they were unapologetic for the experience we received."

I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter"

Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Lo sciopero deve creare disagio soprattutto a una società, non a dei cittadini. Considerando che alla parola "rimborso" nessuno del personale Vueling ha saputo rispondere, mi chiedo: la prossima volta scioperiamo noi per creare disagio ai piloti? Ovviamente scherzo, ma ogni volta che viaggio con vueling succede qualcosa."

On top of that, I paid an additional service fee by booking though FlightNetwork and they did not book my checked luggage like the price breakdown said. It’s been terrible and a waste of time and money."
