This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Your welcome Turkish Airlbes Kindly Dr Tamir Kharouba MD"

In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."

With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

I was told no. I sat down 5 rows or so behind the exit. 15 min later the attendant started moving children from the exit rows to different seats. I raised my hand to be placed in the exit row but was ignored. The flight attendants were slow and rude. I asked for two white wines with my food, and was looked at with disgust. I was told that I can have one, and when I finished it, I could have the second one. I said ok. Well 30 MINUTES later I touch the attendant button and no one came. Finally after 5 min someone came to take my order. She quickly came back and said they were out of wine. This was a very disappointing flight."

Punti negativi: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"

No updates from the staff about our departure status or boarding status throughout the almost 2 hour delay. Got an email from Turkish airlines about this issue and they claim the flight was only 25 minutes late departing. Exaggerations occur sometimes when people are inconvenienced so I checked my call logs and social media accounts and found I completed multiple phone calls and status updates from New York over and hour after Turkish airlines tells me I left. One of us is lying and at this point I'm inclined to agree with facebook that I was still in JFK airport an hour after my flight was scheduled to leave when I updated my status to gripe about the delays."

Every Turkish airline desk took a long time and I was sent to at least 4 Turkish airlines desks. It is all a mess. So I am one day delayed in my arrival to my destination. I was delayed 3 hours first flight, 1.5 hours second flight after watching two flights that I “wasn’t allowed” to be on depart right in front of me at 9 and 10 instead of the 11 that they rebooked me on. Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Siamo arrivati alle 2 de mattino a casa. Viaggio STRAZIANTE PER COLPA DELLA TAP."

Punti negativi: "When the flight was delayed the people at the desk did not make an announcement about the delay, what was causing it and what we could expect. People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Madrid was also delayed and we missed our connection to Venice. We got a new flight from Madrid to Venice and had to wait 5 hours for it. A trip from New Jersey to Venice ended up taking OVER 24 HOURS!!!! Due to the disgraceful disorganization and service of TAP PORTUGA we missed our best friends rehersal dinner a memory we would have loved to have. Extremely disorganized, terrible customer service OH AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR BAGS TWICE to get reimbursed later but I don’t believe anything Tap Portugal says so we’ll see. Staff advice did not align and they were unapologetic for the experience we received."

After booking my flight on kayak I called TAP customer service just to make sure that everything was fine .I asked them about luggage they said I had 2 free and a carry on when I got to the airport said I had to pay for the 2 i said no told them that i called TAP they didn't wanna hear it i asked for the manager she I am the manager and you bought a discounted ticket and there's no luggage with this ticket only acarry on in a mean way if you want the you have to pay $90 for each I tried to call TAP can't get through them when they finally got through them the guy confirmed that I ve called it on the records but it said now it's too late to do anything I am already at the airport that I have to pay and contact them later. I wasted good hour and a half on this and I had to pay $180. After all that at the boarding gate they announced that they will call by zone .they called especial need called frequent flyers zone A never called zone B all they said last minute was this is the final call for flight #.... and I was right in front of them and guess who were the people making the announcement yep the same people at the check in counter"

Punti negativi: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Lo sciopero deve creare disagio soprattutto a una società, non a dei cittadini. Considerando che alla parola "rimborso" nessuno del personale Vueling ha saputo rispondere, mi chiedo: la prossima volta scioperiamo noi per creare disagio ai piloti? Ovviamente scherzo, ma ogni volta che viaggio con vueling succede qualcosa."

On top of that, I paid an additional service fee by booking though FlightNetwork and they did not book my checked luggage like the price breakdown said. It’s been terrible and a waste of time and money."
