My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

For my next trip, I would rather pick another airline and transfer airport."

Next she refused to let me take my carry on bag saying it was too large even though it fit on all flights to Montreal. Once I proved it would fit with the luggage sizer she had moved on to another customer and ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood there even though my boarding passes were printed. When I got to the flight, I found it could have been gate checked but there was no need as the flight was NOT FULL and my bag fit with no problem at all in the overhead bins. In 35 years of flying this was the worst experience I've ever had."

Had no idea that I would need to request this, so I did not have dinner on the flight, as the meals were either chicken or beef. At this point in the 21st century, a meatless diet is a widespread life choice, for either ethical or health reasons. I would really like to see a pasta option as a default. Thanks for taking feedback."

Then at checking counter they can't add it not even the return flight. This option should be able to be added anytime! Then why they can't put the meat aside for the hot plate so at least we could eat the rest. Also when preparing vegan or vegetarian meals you can just give cookies and cakes or white pasta! Any meal should be balanced, as for vegen meals it also have to have some vegetal complete protein combination."

Having gone through US customs and the long way of security and check in and all. We were carrying 7 big bags as we were moving into the US and handling those many bags was a nightmare, we had to do it two days in a row!!! I lost a night booked in a hotel in NYC as I didn't know if we were getting a later flight until just too late to cancel. Very confusing to get to the right place to rebook, even Air Canada employees seemed confused. Rebooking agent took ages. We had paid for preference seats and finally we got terrible last row seats in the rebooked flight. We haven't been refunded since!! Delays and more delays on the rebooked flight again."

I was not given the opportunity to change my flight at all, I just lost out on the return portion of my travel. I would have been willing to pay a fee to change my return, but not given the opportunity. Had I booked directly with the airline, they would have had no problem making a change. Buyer beware!!! If you don't book directly with an airline, you may suffer the same fate as me! This was an almost $1,300 dollar learning experience. Do not use third party online booking agents! You do not have the same protections as dealing with the airlines directly."
