I was not looking forward to my domestic connection with Delta. Unfortunately, Delta met my anticipated expectation. US based carriers could learn a lot from Lufthansa."

"The new plane Airbus "NEO" has low cabin pressure and my kid had nauseas. In our trip back, we had to medicate him. In addition, the new planes for shorter legs, like Lisboa to Rome, they remove the reclining feature of the seats after the first emergency exits all the way to the end of the plane. The headrest is flat and un-adjustable. Uncomfortable. TAP ordered these new planes with these features and they are making the flights really unpleasant. This strategy is not working. I would think again before booking with TAP. The crew was efficient and boarding was good despite of all requirements by the countries. The food was ok."

Punti negativi: "Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress."

Punti negativi: "Unbeknownst to either of us the Air Canada Rouge is a low cost carrier international flight. It didn't have a player in the seat, or even old school TV's. You had to use your own device on their WiFi which was SLOW and the sound went out. The seats are small with very little leg room. I'm 5'1 (156cm) and my legs almost touched the seat in front of me. Also the airport was the biggest hinderance of getting to the gate and the airplane. After customs, to get to our gate we were told to wait in another line while they went through nearly every passenger again... And checked bags. Since it was taking so long they would let some go through without checking them. It was strange to say the least. We eventually left the gate late but made up for it in the air."

That was understandable, however we then sat on the tarmac at the gate for an additional hour because Air Canada's entire computer system suddenly crashed. We finally got to the runway and in the middle of takeoff the pilot slammed on the brakes and aborted the takeoff because he did not reach high enough speed. It was very scary. I was supposed to land in Montreal at 10:20 pm but arrived there at 2:30 am the next morning."

But a lot of these people have connection flights and we have to run through the long connections platform to get to the other side as well as go through the customs because it's the point of entry back from Rome."

I understand the rules of the internet fare (no returns, exchanges or cancellations) but the customer service was awful. They didn't offer me any other alternative but to loose full value of the ticket ($1700). Nobody (kayak, vayama, air canada or brussel airlines) gave me any kind of information about those new requirements and I ended up cancelling the whole trip as I couldn't find any other flight to get to Europe. Really upsetting...."

In addition flights have very limited food options that accommodate persons with gluten/dairy allergies."

They gave us a card to make it up to us but (wisely) don't tell you what it is for. It turned out to be for 10% off your next flight if you book it through their website within a year. Useless. On our return flight we were delayed on the tarmac for over an hour with no air conditioning, they originally said they were waiting for a signature but then said that there was something wrong with the engines that help us take off, then the cabin filled with a fuel smell, then they said they had brought the wrong item for the repair and we were waiting for the correct one. When we finally took off my husband's screen didn't work yet again and this was a 9 hour flight. The flight attendant said that some of the screens hadn't worked for a while ( probably cheaper to hand out useless discounts than to fix them.). We received another 10% off card, which we cannot combine or transfer, again useless. We missed our connection because of the delay, they booked us on another flight but because they didn't tell us that we had to pick up our luggage or where (it was on a different carousel than the rest of the luggage from our flight) and that we had to go through customs we (and many others) missed that flight too. We finally got a flight out the next morning and they put us up at a hotel. We both had to miss another day of work and it was quite an ordeal. My husband's screen worked for almost all of that last flight before it seized up. We didn't bother to report it that time since another 10% off coupon wasn't going to do us any good. Overall it is concerning that Air Canada doesn't seem to be maintaining their planes in optimal condition and that their idea of compensation involves them making even more money from me. Never again."

You need a mobile or device with he app already installed. And even so the movies and shows are outdated and not very entertaining at all. On top of that, both legs of my flight my outlet was not working and not charging my device. Air Canada rouge- never again!"

The people at the AirCanada desk were nice, and were able to find us other seats. However, we were promised seats on the 7:30 flight, but instead were put on the 5:45 flight. We asked for the AirCanada person to call back and change our flight, but she said we would have time (at this point, 1 hour and 20 minutes before the flight left), even though I showed her that there was a lot of traffic between LGA and JFK and we probably would not make it. We had to leave LGA, find our bags and wait in a long taxi line to sit in traffic in a cab we had to pay for our of pocket, and could not make the 5:45 flight. I then had to call AirCanada and wait for 15 minutes for the lady to switch us to the 7:30 flight. In all, we also lost 2 full hours in Athens."

Air Canada attendant at Newark said the flight was always delayed and passengers regularly needed to be rebooked. You should recommend air Canada cancels selling this itinerary or bringing the Newark flight forward to de risk any delays"

This should be a free service with the amount of fare I paid for the trip. 2. Also on my way to Rome, flying air canada, too, my husband and i fell asleep and missed our meals. When I asked the crew for my meals they said "it's unsafe to give it to me anymore." But that's what refrigerators are for - to store food safely for passengers. I just don't buy their reasoning. It's just an excuse not to serve passengers. Needless to say my husband and I went hungry until they served breakfast. 3. From LA to Toronto & Montreal back to LA, was a 4-6 hr flight where they don't feed you or give you blankets. When I asked why blankets are not available, the crew said, "because that's all what we'll be doing is handing out blanket." The crew should realize that providing comfort for their passengers is a huge part of their service they should provide. This was my first time flying with air canada and I was very disappointed. Air Canada will definitely not be on my top airlines to fly next time."

Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Well they didn't apparently see the fragile sticker as our latern and ceramics were damaged and the bag came out on the main conveyor. Also the door wouldn't open for baggage upon arrival so we were delayed an hour?"

Running through the airport with us, pleading with TSA to move along, trying to talk sense to some guy who eventually allowed people to get off a flight, but wouldn't let us on. Kudos to them."

There was no way we would be able to catch our rescheduled flight in the time it takes to deboard, go through customs, get bags, recheck bags, go through security. We didn't. We missed the next flight too despite the heroic efforts by the staff (excpetion - TSA security. They moved very very slow to the point that they seemed passive aggressive to our situation). This is the second time it has happened. I probably won't fly Air Canada again, if possible."

Miscommunication seems to be normal for AirCanada, at least in Montreal (almost missed my connection on the way home, too). I will not fly again with this airline in the foreseeable future."

What is more surprising is that because they did not check-in us from Marrakech, and the staffs who put us on the bus did not communicate Royal Air Maroc in Casablanca, they cancelled our family flight reservations to the U.S.A. after we paid the full price! Oh...I forgot to mention that we could not have water or lunch all day long with young kids."

Punti negativi: "This was a rough flight. First, Air Maroc at some point rescheduled the flight to some six or seven hours later than when I booked it, without bothering to even send any notice. Apparently according to their terms of service they can just change flight times as they like, and passengers are responsible for somehow figuring it out and dealing with the consequences. Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable."

No personal TV , but overhead tv showed moving map for a while, then they switched to cartoons without sound. Airlines generally don't provide the best service or use the newest aircraft on African routes, so this was typical."

Overall, i would not fly or recommend Royal AirMaroc"
