Instreaf, we spend 2 hours waiting at the counter for information. We were rerouted to bologna airport, put up in a dingy hotel at the airport and given a sad buffet meal in a dingy hotel meeting room. They should have given a voucher for dinner in the hotel restaurant. They should Have announced over the loudspeaker that no flights would leave Florence the next day due to Hugh winds and we were being bused to bologna and hour away. We could have called central reservations instead of standing in line for two hours. They should have had a line for hotel voucher only so that those who called to rebook could Have proceeded quickly to bolvogna. Instead they had to repeat everything to 200 people .. how inefficient and ineffective canan airline be? And only 2 people at the counter working.. took at least 20/40 minutes per person to get rebooked. We spent from 11am until 845pm at the airport and getting to bolovgna. Sad"

I told them the size was compliant with Lufthansa and so the hostesses strapped my luggage on an empty seat and did not tell us where (we found out later on our own), and kept making remarks like if we were sneaking an illegal baggage. I told her I bought the ticket with Lufthansa and the size is good. She said we have smaller airplanes. I said however it's up to Lufthansa to update the size according to their low-cost partners. End of the story, the next flight we took from Munich to London was with Lufthansa and my 2 hand baggages fit perfectly in their storage compartments. So, I think Air Dolomiti staff should be trained to be nice to Lufthansa customers as we are not used to low-cost mini airplanes and it is not our fault that Lufthansa decides to replace our flight with a low-cost partner. On top of all we got 45 minutes late!!! So they needed to apologize to us not vice versa."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Lo sciopero deve creare disagio soprattutto a una società, non a dei cittadini. Considerando che alla parola "rimborso" nessuno del personale Vueling ha saputo rispondere, mi chiedo: la prossima volta scioperiamo noi per creare disagio ai piloti? Ovviamente scherzo, ma ogni volta che viaggio con vueling succede qualcosa."

Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."
