"Not much to expect from Alitalia these days. They should not be part of the Skyteam. They are way below the standard. Service is very poor and you do not feel welcome on board. Space is smaller, only water, no garbage college in between or before landing, dirty bathrooms and entertainment is so so."

The last time I went to Europe I took WOW, the cheapest budget Airline and the leg room was MUCH better. You would think Delta could do better."

The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful."

Punti positivi: "The one good thing about this unexplained ordeal (the flight was delayed for 5 hours, causing me to miss my connection) was that, after a few hours of hearing nothing (no emails or texts from Delta), I finally saw some options for different flights pop up, so I was able to book a new flight without calling India. Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."

I had less then 15mins to run from a gate B to gate Z58 and pass US passport control. Luckily I made the flight but my luggage did not. The 55mins layover is not a sufficient one considering the size of FRA airport especially when the first flight is late."
