At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

With advance notice, they were unable to provide a meal that would not contain bell peppers, to which I am allergic. On the plane, both meal options contained bell peppers. Surprisingly, the ingredient lists were not available to flight attendants or passengers, and we were only aware of their presence because of seeing them, or having my allergic reaction (which I did) after avoiding the visible ones. The passenger in front of me put his seat in full recline for the entire 10 hour flight, including about 30 minutes when the seat was unoccupied. This put his seat about six inches in front of my chin and made it impossible for me to view the entertainment screen. It also made it difficult to get into and out of my seat. Several of the toilets had clear fluid covering the floor. I did not want to know is this was water or something else. Although our connecting flight in Miami went from gate E21 to gate E30, it took two hours (and 3,000 steps per FitBit) to get there because of being required to claim our luggage, leave security, recheck the bags, and then re-enter security. Our tickets did not provide for TSA-PRE despite having provided our known traveler number in advance. Many notices and directions were only available in Spanish. As they are based in a Spanish speaking country, this is perfectly reasonable, but their services are marketed to English speaking countries and it was a problem for me as a predominantly English-only speaker."

One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

I rushed to arrive at the gate prior to the departure time to be told the plane had left early and I had been rescheduled to the next morning at 7am. However, there were no vouchers available for me to stay in a hotel or get food. So, I was able to get a flight on American that got me home the same night. By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights."

Tutti quelli che avevano coincidenze strette sull'aereo per ogni parte del mondo erano allibiti da questa mancanza di informazioni, Una volta arrivati a Toronto il personale di terra non sapeva nulla e siamo dovuti correre fino al gate seguendo le indicazioni dei monitor che davano lo stato del volo come "Boarding". Arrivati trafelati al gate abbiamo scoperto che il volo era partito mezz'ora prima e si erano dimenticati di aggiornare lo stato del volo sui monitor......................... Dopo un'ora di attesa al banco dell'assistenza ci hanno mandati in hotel e dato il biglietto per il volo del giorno successivo. Parte dei pasti li abbiamo pagati di tasca nostra visti i pochi dollari di buono per mangiare (7$ per la colazione, 10$ per pranzo e 15$ per la cena, spendibili esclusivamente all'Holiday Inn dove la sola colazione a buffet costava 17$ + tasse..."

Punti negativi: "This was an aged 737, with narrow, cramped seats and thin, hard plastic armrests. The first class seats were smaller than the Premium Economy ones I flew recently on Norwegian Air. The Economy seats were pure torture -- angled oddly in a way that forced your back to curve, with zero legroom even in the Economy Plus section. I tried putting my purse behind me in an effort to alleviate back pain. It was a miserable trip. In contrast my short flight to Santa Barbara was on a newer plane with wide, comfortable seats. There is no way they should use such an old aircraft on a 4 hour trip."

Punti negativi: "We paid good money for first class tickets expecting to get a hot dinner meal on the flight so we had not eaten. By the time the flight was allowed to take off, the dinner onb the flight had sat too long and they were not allowed to serve it. They gave us a coupon for $20 buck to eat dinner at San Francisco airport upon arrival but of course no restaurant is open at 2:00 am."

Viaggio tantissimo, ma non mi era mai capitato, neanche nelle low cost, che passando con il carrello delle bevande, la hostess sbraitasse "Something?" ai passeggeri, quasi correndo, e che sembrasse addirittura scocciata se viene fermata per dell'acqua!! Pessima impressione, che ha reso ancora più sgradevole un red-eye flight che già di per sè non è un'esperienza piacevole."

Punti negativi: "A passenger had to move because of an allergy to the "emotional support dog" in the seat next to her. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."
