Once there, the airline had no idea what to do with us passengers (for 4 hours), eventually deciding to put us on buses back to Dublin. Once back there we were offered stand by flights to London, where we could try to find flights back to the U.S. (again, on stand by). When we finally got on another Aer Lingus flight (3 days later), my wife and I were asked for $80 to check a second bag. When we asked the desk agent to wave the fee because of our 1st flight mishap, we were told "Hey, you lived through it, didn't you?". Avoid this airline"

"The company did not know how to handle COVID bureaucracy efficiently or even correctly. We were asked to fill in four forms when only one is needed or even checked at all. I had to come in early to the airport, take a COVID test and then wait in the airport departure lobby for almost 1h to check in while waiting for the test results. Given that I spent a substantial amount to get a business ticket, I expected my time to be respected and to have business facilities made available. Once reached, the lounge now has an ordering system instead of self-service. The food was honestly disgusting, cold boiled rice without any salt and some "Spanish chorizo chicken" that had no chorizo and tasted like boiled chicken dropped in reheated tomato sauce. The plane departed one hour late. The business class seat was small, but comfortable. The company sent a boiler plate email apologizing which is something you appreciate the first time and it becomes grating when you get more than one per week."

"American Airlines customer service was extremely poor. They canceled our flights multiple times. Then put us on standby trying to get on flights instead of booking us on a confirmed flight to get us home. So flight after flight we kept our hopes up just to be disappointed and stuck from a connecting flight. We had never been to Dallas so we were sleeping on the floor at the airport waiting to get home."

After I got on the plane I asked one crew member if I have any chance to switch the seat to sit by the bathroom because I am very sick, but seems no one cares. They said there is nothing they can do and tell me to get back to my seat. The whole fight I was sick. It was a horrible no crews member were asked me how I felt. No crews member checked me if I were ok. I had fever and so sick. There were late. I never have any bad fight like this forever."

I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

The agent in the counter claimed that they could do that because was "legal to overbook". One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

We got in so late to Madrid that our hotel room that we reserved months earlier was given away. After being awake for over 24 hours we had to walk around Madrid at 11:00 pm at night, looking for someplace to lay our weary heads."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

We spoke to a Air Canada Rep and they told us our flight had left and they couldn't hold it for us. That is fine but they said they would not provide us with a hotel for missing this. Ok that is there policy but we ran to the terminal E95, for our Flight to Portland which had actually had not left and they were actually holding it for another person. So Air Canada lied about our flight leaving and that there was not another one till the next day. Overall I will never go to this airport nor will I use Air Canada ever again."

This occurred during boarding, so there should have been attendants there to stop him or at least ask him where he was going. And once he did disembark, why was no one able to track where he went? Seems like an odd security breach and, ultimately, a huge inconvenience for the passengers who remained on the plane."
