We were there for over one hour. at one point, we were moving into a long tube like structure where we stayed for at least 30 minutes while others were boarding from an different ramp. the communication was non existent and we were made to feel like prisoners. actually, we were prisoners."

The food was good: an unbelievable improvement from the previous flight (I recommend the chicken). The ICE system was impeccable. It had a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games as well as access to the news. However, the flight's greatest perk my have been the compassionate crew. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."

Also, when boarding finally began, the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. That was the only event that marred the flight to JFK."

It was a very long flight to not have any options for food, and crew acted very put out when we asked if there were any other options. Checked our carry on luggage for being "too heavy" in spite of the fact that it was the exact same luggage we carried on for the flight out which meets all necessary size restrictions. Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Only begging got us on flight."

They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me."

Just as I was entering the toilet a flight attendant yelled at me saying: "you can’t use this toilet. It’s for privileged people. You have to go to the end of the aircraft and use that one!" Then 10 minuets later another caucasian man seated behind me went to use the toilet right in front me without any problem."

Sono incinta e in piu viaggiavo con un bimbo di 7 anni, non ci hanno dato nemmeno un voucher per mangiare e il personale di informazioni a Lisbona sono stati tutti antipatici. Siamo arrivati a Zurigo alle 22:45 non cerano treni per Basilea, sono dovuta prendere un treno per Zurigo HB con tutte le valigge e da lí abbiamo preno un altro treno per Basile. Siamo arrivati alle 2 de mattino a casa. Viaggio STRAZIANTE PER COLPA DELLA TAP."

Punti positivi: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"
