Generally, they have on-board WiFi Internet, however for my return route of 21 hours both flights had no wifi which was disappointing. This is unprofessional because if you are planning on having WiFi to respond to work emails and it is not available once you are already in the air there is nothing you could do but get stuck. Never does this happen with Lufthansa, Turkish, Etihad. Disappointing."

We were there for over one hour. at one point, we were moving into a long tube like structure where we stayed for at least 30 minutes while others were boarding from an different ramp. the communication was non existent and we were made to feel like prisoners. actually, we were prisoners."

I couldn't sleep the entire 16 hours more than 30 minutes. I asked for water to take some medicine and was told it was 30 minutes til food service and to wait. It was over 2 hours before they started food service."

The food was good: an unbelievable improvement from the previous flight (I recommend the chicken). The ICE system was impeccable. It had a wide selection of movies, TV shows, and games as well as access to the news. However, the flight's greatest perk my have been the compassionate crew. They were very helpful and friendly. They offered many accommodations, like a pizza and photo, all for free. Overall, the flight went very well."

Also, when boarding finally began, the line was extremely long and moved very slowly. That was the only event that marred the flight to JFK."

Boarding was very disorganized, no announcements were being made, flight attendants were simply holding up signs at chest level which were completely blocked by the crowd."

Punti negativi: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."

I was late by 10 mins getting to the ticket counter and Emirates gave my seat away. I then proceeded to attempt to rebook and the Emirates agent advised they are sold out for the next 3 days and have no flight alternatives to offer. I contact flight network and the person I spoke proceeds to tell me the same thing and there is nothing they can do for me. Basically that I would need to purchase a whole new ticket on another airline as Emirates doesn't have availability. Which I did. Now I'm looking online and Flight Network has my exact flight on Emirates available at same price I paid for my ticket. But now my new ticket purchased to get home is non-refundable. I'm out over 1000 dollars because of bad info. This has been a horrific experience and after being loyal to Kayak for years.... I will never use the site again."

The crew on our flight represented 19 different countries and spoke a total of 19 different different languages. The woman ahead of me was very unpleasant about her screen not working, and every attendant she spoke to was infinitely polite and pleasant. They tried to reset her screen, and eventually found an empty seat and moved her to first class!"

We had seats in row 52 BC - a bulkhead outside the mid galley ....it was an incredible experience to watch the crew start eating from containers, peeling apples and making salads from a plastic bag before the passengers were served. The flight attendants when not eating were taking selfies ...so much for the "emirates experience. The curtain was drawn once for about 15 minutes between our seats and tghe galley area. I was so amazed at the lack of professionalism and the amount of food consumed by the attendants I took photos of the constantly stuffing food in their moths and then trying to speak to passengers."

When we did get into the air, it took the crew a full hour to reach all of the rows with refreshments, none of which (including water) were complimentary."

There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in."

With all that being said, I am glad they took care of the issues and that our safety was first. Once we got in the air, a very good flight!"

For the rest, it's a free for all! Terrible, even Southwest has more organization! Sputhwest might not have assigned seating, but they're much more organized and significantly cheaper. How do you lose someone's luggage British Airways?!?!?!!!"

But with this forced seat change I really was uncomfortable."

(It's surprising to me that, since celiacs often have other food allergies/sensitivities, the meal contained a pretty common allergen.) Stuff happens sometimes, but it felt a bit as if the flight attendant felt inconvenienced by my inability to eat the meal. Also, usually disabled passengers are given the opportunity to pre-board -- the wheelchair didn't arrive until quite late, so I was one of the last people, if not the last, on the flight, something that makes getting settled a lot more difficult than when I've been allowed to pre-board. I realize that wheelchair attendants are employed by the airport, not the airline, but he gate agent seemed unconcerned about the fact that nobody had arrived to pick up wheelchair passengers despite the fact that everyone else was already boarding. Finally, the flight departed/arrived quite late, which meant that I had about 10 minutes to spend in the Heathrow Club World lounge before having to wait for a wheelcehair attendant to take me to my connecting flight."

Vueling staff in Rome lacked knowledge of whether or not our bags could be transferred properly to our BA connection and onto our home city. Our bags did not connect and arrived 2 days after we did. Vueling desks were extremely unorganized, staff were not helpful, and boarding the plane after 2 buses hauled the passengers far out onto the concourse was a nightmare. We love BA, but we will never again purchase a flight where Vueling is involved."

Punti negativi: "FLight was late into Lisbon. There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."

My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."
