After we found a United rep and started walking towards the gate we came across the passport control area that had a huge crowd waiting in line. I saw that we literally had 15 min left, while the long line would take us 20-25 min to get through. We had to jump through the lines and cut in front of people explaining everybody our predicament and making people upset. Got back stressed and tired"

Before my last flight, I was furious with how I had been treated all day and a horrible Lufthansa woman yelled at me for being upset about the situation. Then, when after much hassle I finally got to my destination, I was told my baggage was lost. That was on thursday and I still have not gotten it. i am never flying lufhansa again. This was the worst trip of my entire life."

Please look into the recline on that seat for future passengers. The crew hit my seat, repeatedly with their carts and did not remember to offer drinks to us as they pushed it by. The airlines should consider removing that seat as an option to passengers if there is not ample room for the flight crew to maneuver around it. It made for an unpleasant experience overall."

Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

Punti negativi: "When checking in for my flight in Stockholm, there was no option to pay for the luggage that I had. I assumed that I had an Economy Light ticket, which requires €15 to be paid early (during online check in) or €30 to be paid at the airport. Because their system wouldn't let me check in my bag, I was forced to pay €30 at the airport. No one there would listen to my issue. The woman taking my payment at the airport pretended not to speak English, which was a total lie (the second person in front of me was English, and she spine perfectly). I tried emailing the Austrian Air customer help group, and they basically said tough noogies. They emailed me back several times saying it wasn't their problem."

Ecco, Austrian semplicemente non lo sa. Il volo, già in ritardo di mezz'ora - strano - all'altezza di Graz deve rientrare a Vienna per guasto, dicono, all'aria condizionata. Ci dicono che ci daranno informazioni al gate. Può capitare, naturalmente. Solo che: - le informazioni non le danno al gate, ma allo Starbucks dell'aeroporto, senza avere aspettato e neanche avvertito tutti i passeggeri - ci dicono che nonostante i mercatini natalizi ci hanno trovato comunque un hotel, facendolo un po' pesare, mentre è loro dovere, siccome il volo è ritardato al giorno dopo. Peccato che l'hotel è a 120 km e loro non hanno trovato il bus per il trasferimento (incidentalmente, anche questo è da norma di legge un loro dovere...) - alla fine come assistenza in termini di generi di conforto commisurata alla durata del ritardo, 10 ore, il tutto si è ridotto ad una bottiglietta d'acqua e un kit toilette per il mattino. In ragione della distanza degli hotel disponibili siamo stati invitati pressantemente a passare la notte nel terminal, ma: - nessuna assistenza. Dopo i controlli di sicurezza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, neanche un voucher colazione, neanche qualche coperta o cuscino per dormire meglio sulle scomodissime sedie/divano. E neanche uno scusate. - nessuna reazione alla possibilità di apertura della business giunge: è chiusa e non la riapriamo per voi. Neanche per farvi dormire un po' meno peggio. - nessuna specifica informazione ai passeggeri sulla evoluzione della situazione - siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, in sostanza Violazioni multiple e ripetute del regolamento CE 261/2004. Ma pagheranno, eh, se pagheranno..."

Tutto ciò alla "modica" cifra di 200€/ volo ar, l'unica cosa che avete "low" è il vostro profilo aziendale. Puntate più sull'efficienza che a spillare 5€ per un bagaglio a mano un più. Persino Ryanair è diventata una compagnia più seria rispetto a questa. Mai più, dovessi pagare un volo anche 500€ con un'altra compagnia, ma con easyjet ho chiuso."

Punti negativi: "Ormai con tutti i voli di Easyjet ci sono almeno 40 minuti di ritardo, rigorosamente passati sull'aereo ad aspettare l'autorizzazione al decollo. Non so se dipenda da Easyjet o dagli aeroporti, ma mi e' successo sia sul Malpensa-Gatwick che sul Luton-Malpensa..."

Punti positivi: "Praticamente tutto. Dalla prenotazione alle notifiche di modifica orario/gate sempre tutto perfetto."
Punti negativi: "Le persone che devono lamentarsi sempre per cose che sanno già di non poter fare, tipo il doppio bagaglio a mano con il biglietto normale, trolley giganteschi ecc... Per quanto riguarda il volo solo un po' di ritardo sull'orario di partenza."

I had meetings this morning that I had to cancel; Transportation into London is very challenging at 2:30 in the morning - we were supposed to arrive before midnight; and now one day, of my THREE day trip is pretty rough because I couldn't get into London until 04:30."

We were standing around ready to board a plane that was not even checked for departure. At Malpensa's EasyJet terminal, there is no type of organization or authority from the employees. The same issue with lack of communication came when it was time to leave the aircraft; we all stood up waiting to exit and the plane was being held. It was 5 minutes before someone informed us of the issue. Overall, a 1.5 hour flight ended up being a 7 hour journey because of easyJet's unorganization."

Punti negativi: "Gestione imbarco passeggeri con bagaglio a mano. Negli ultimi dieci anni ho effettuato più di 500 voli (lavoro e piacere) e ho utilizzato Easyjet solo 2 volte (2006) e oggi 25/04/2017 (voloU2-2811). Easyjet ti dice che puoi portare a bordo solo un bagaglio a mano e mi sta bene. Solo che si riserva il diritto di obbligare i passeggeri a fargli imbarcare in stiva detto bagaglio perché "l'aereo è già pieno". Trattamento vessatorio e ridicolo. L'Airbus A320 usato per questo volo aveva sufficiente spazio sotto il sedile affinché il passeggero collocasse il bagaglio. L'atteggiamento dell'addetta allimbarco è stato molto sgarbato e poco professionale. Alle mie rimostranze ha segnato a penna sulla carta d'imbarco "bag" per comunicare agli addetti sotto la rampa che io ero un segnalato e per evitare che portassi a bordo il bagaglio. Sono passati dieci anni dalla prima volta e spero che questa sia la seconda e ultima volta che volo con easyjet. Customer service penoso! Tipico atteggiamento British di bullshiters!!"

Punti negativi: "Easyplus imbarcato senza priority di fatto contemporaneamente agli altri e costretto a lasciare bagaglio in stiva non là tante fossimo al posto 1c e 1b con extra costo per questo. Hanno avuto il coraggio di dieci che dovevamo presentarci prima al gate quando ha aperto alle 6e30 e noi siamo arrivati alle 6e40."

Punti negativi: "It's important to pay for Hold Luggage (checked bags) prior to arriving at the airport. It isn't easy to do once you've checked-in online, so take your time in this process as it could save you an upwards of 35 euros for 2 bags. Boarding process is bizzare, if you don't pay for Express Boarding, you should get in line early! Our experience with passengers onboard was unique- no one cares about what you've stored overhead so keep an eye on your belongings if you have anything fragile. EVERYONE brings suitcases onboard it seems. Confusing announcements once in flight, sounded like a beverage service was on its way but never did. Not even water. Flight attendants walked up and down the isle looking for UNICEF donations. No entertainment except for traveler watching. Ultimately we got to our desitation and that is what mattered. Everything else was just a head scratcher."

Punti negativi: "There wasn't enough space for most people's hand luggages and after searching the plane up and down a few people had to put them on the hold. They should have planned ahead and marked oversize bags to be put straight in the hold, so it wouldn't have delayed take off"

Punti positivi: "Before I boarded the plane, I thought the low price was worth it, but I changed my mind after I boarded. But I did like that the crew was courteous. The food looked tasty, but I wasn't hungry so I didn't try it."
Punti negativi: "The horrible, horrible seats. If the fact that you couldn't recline the seat wasn't bad enough, the seat itself was poorly cushioned, and the ergonomics was so bad, I actually left the plane LITERALLY IN PAIN. I'd like to note I'm a young man with no back problems."

Punti negativi: "Tasteless food. Grampy crew. Flight was 40 minutes late. Our Trolly cart for the little children was waiting with the luggedg and not outside the plane + the wall was very long."

Punti positivi: "The flight attendants were working SO hard to accommodate everyone's food and beverage requests that I almost felt sorry for them. They take cash or credit, so pass back and forth credit card processors. They kept a smile on their face, gotta give them credit for working so hard!"
Punti negativi: "There should be free water, or coffee or soda...seemed overly cheap to have to pay for a simple beverage."
