Buono ma a una certa un cattivo odore ha invaso la plancia e nessuno ci dava spiegazioni
Forse a causa di un cambio di orario del volo, ho avuto difficoltà ad effettuare il check in on line,ho trovato il sito poco intuitivo.

Corretto e andato tutto perfettamente orario e tutto il resto.
E stato un po in ritardo pero e concluso bene.
Sarebbe stato bello ,mandare le carte di imbarco prima,, ?
L'imbarco è iniziato in ritardo a Catania di 30 minuti. L'aereo doveva partire alle 10:30 e invece è partito alle 11:00. La buona notizia è che in volo è stato recuperato 20 minuti e quindi sono arrivato "solo" 10 minuti di ritardo. Invece delle 12:20 sono arrivato alle 12:30.
Esperienza pessima. Dopo una attesa del volo di 8 ore nessuna comunicazione ufficiale sulla sua cancellazione né sulle alternative. Ora è quasi impossibile chiedere anche il rimborso del biglietto e/o delle spese dell'albergo. Personale assente e inutili quelli al check-in.
Positivo Molto puntuali , negativo non funziona la linea priority.
Una compagnia low cost ma con sovrapprezzo di ogni tipo, sia all'andata che al ritorno ritardi esagerati ed aerei veramente sporchi nel mio posto, nel porta oggetti c'erano tracce di vomito con conseguente cattivo odore poltrone vecchie sgualcite e troppo ravvicinate un viaggio fortunatamente breve ma di una scomodità assurda... nn volerò mai più con wizzair...
Avere idea dei motivi del ritardo o avere un omaggio per farsi perdonare (bevanda omaggio, dolce, ecc)
The flight was delayed, the aircraft was changed last minute and my partner and I got separated, though we paid for the emergency exit seats. Accidentally I spot it and then it was sorted out.

Pessimi per quanto riguarda il ceckin. Non mi è stato possibile fare il ceckin online perché siamo all’ndata che al ritorno mi dava un errore dovuta al loro sito e mi hanno fatto pagare 41,50 per il ceckin in aeroporto a Malpensa.Gia all’andata avevo inviato un’email di reclamo ma non c’è stata risposta! Penosi!! Peggio della Ryan Air! In futuro eviterò Wizz Air!!!

The one thing I must say is that the flight wasn't full at all, and in this case, I'm really unsure why they wouldn't sit people farther from each other.

You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Punti negativi: "This airline seems to always be late, and they displayed incredible disorganization and chaos on this flight. The flight was late. After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall."

We were seated in what must be the plane's worst seats: right in front of the stinky bathroom. Those seats don't recline and people keep coming to wait for the toilet, but worst of all is that the toilet smell was awful. I asked to be moved but there were no open seats. I don't know why the toilet had not been well cleaned, but in general the airplane was not very clean. I didn't like the food on this flight, on other air Algerie flights food has been better. The flight attendant also ran out of tea before getting to my row, but never came back with more so I wasn't offered tea. I think this was not worth saving a bit of money over a better airline."

Even though I was just in transit the Algerian immigration police have me a hard time. Clearly the AirAlgérie and the airport authorities in Algiers do not have professional procedures in place to deal with passengers trying to catch connecting flights. To boot my second flight was delayed three hours."
