Punti negativi: "The flight boarded twenty minutes late despite the plane being at the gate early scheduled departure. Baggage took another forty minutes to load. Then they decided there we were overweight (data that should be known before the cargo was loaded) and off loaded two people. Then after another delay they realised that off loading people meant off loading their baggagge, total delay nearly 2 hours The hedset socket on the entertainment system did not work The USB port did not work THey ran out of food after serving three rows, loaded four sandwiches, no wraps and 2 cheese plates for a full evening flight that was over 5 hours in duration including the delays."

No in seat tv screen so was forced to watch the tiny overhead screen of terrible tv shows and mediocre movies. I prepaid for a seat a head of time which was given to someone else. Also quite a bit of heavy turbulence the entire flight. Not ideal for an 8 hr flight. I’m lucky I brought an external charger and some xanax. Never again"

Had it been busy, it would have been different in that seats were not very wide, aisles very small, if the seat in front reclines and you don't, you can't see your screen and not a lot of space in general."

On their own with nothing else and it arrived 30 minutes before we landed so very rushed. On a 9.5hr flight the 2nd meal needed to be an actual meal and come sooner than it did."

I bought an economy fair but was not well informed about fact that charges for baggage would be made. I ended up paying more in fees for baggage and seats than if I had purchased a "regular" coach fare or had flown on another airline. Will do this next time. Also, both my pieces of luggage were damaged and not properly latched following opening by security."

Punti negativi: "We were rerouted by JustFly prior to our trip. Instead of Venice - Philadelphia-Tampa at noon, we were moved to Venice - London - Chicago - Tampa. Flight from London - Chicago was delayed 6 hours. Of course missed connection in Chicago. Spent night in Chicago and arrived home 48 hours after leaving for Venice airport."

Was told I would have choices of other seats that I did not have to pay for but this was not true. Was told at check in 24 hrs before I could get her another seat and not pay. For a 10 hr flight, my tv screen did not work. Staff tried to fix it but were unsuccessful."
