Plus the majority of passengers were kept standing for a very long time before entering the lounge at the gate because even though it was full of empty seats we were not allowed to enter the area. The food was not good and the entertainment system on board needs a refreshment to modernise it."

There were several other people connecting from Lisbon to Boston on our flight from Rome and flight attendants kept lying to us telling us that the flight to Boston will wait for us to arrive. As soon as we landed in Lisbon we were informed that we could not get on the flight to Boston and had to stay an extra day in Lisbon to fly to BOS the next day. TAP gave us a voucher to stay at the Marriott, with lunch and dinner vouchers. The hotel would not let us use the lunch voucher so we had to pay our own lunch. Our dinner voucher was only for a buffett style dinner. The only meat on the buffet was pork which i cannot eat. TAP representative were unfriendly and unhelpful. They ignore you and dont look at you when you talk. We tried to complain to TAP and they had us running in circle to different counters no one would help us, then we were told that we could sit and complain and miss our flight or just go to our gate. TAP rebooked us on a SATA flight ot Boston without even telling us."

Had a long a confusing conversation with a woman who did not seem to understand what an exit row seat was. I booked seats, but my card was never charged and I received no email confirmation. I tried the website again and this time saw the seat map. Completely misleading. The real exit row is the row IN FRONT of the marked exits on the map. I chose the row which looked like an exit row, and on boarding found that I was in the row behind the exit row. The flight attendant took a photo of my seat map print out, because it was so confusing!!! No wonder the woman I spoke to sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about - she was following the seat map too!"

This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

Tutto ciò alla "modica" cifra di 200€/ volo ar, l'unica cosa che avete "low" è il vostro profilo aziendale. Puntate più sull'efficienza che a spillare 5€ per un bagaglio a mano un più. Persino Ryanair è diventata una compagnia più seria rispetto a questa. Mai più, dovessi pagare un volo anche 500€ con un'altra compagnia, ma con easyjet ho chiuso."

Punti negativi: "Our plane to Nice was diverted to Marseille airport. We were told the airport was closed, however, all other flights seem to be landing at the "closed" airport. After landing at Marseille, the captain told us that we would refuel and fly back to Nice. After a long wait stuck in the hot, stuffy and cramped cabin, the captain announced that he received a call from EasyJet's London office directing him to discontinue the flight because it was more economical to bus the passengers back to Nice. Some passengers refused to deplane and the crew called the police to force them off the plane. The crew was hostile and at no point apologized for the situation. No buses were present when we deplaned. No instructions were given. We simply sat in an uncomfortable holding area for more than three hours without sufficient information or help. If anyone asked for further information they were literally threatened with arrest. In a few cases the police were called by EasyJet staff but the officers unsurprisingly refused to actually arrest someone for such an absurd reason. After an excruciating wait the buses arrived. It took three more hours to get back to Nice. We were dumped there in the middle of the night with no help or assistance. The airport was like a ghost town. It was the worst flight ever. No more EasyJet."

People get in the priority line unknowingly and then get sent the back of the economy line because they didn't know. Not knowing the gate until 60 minutes before the flight is also annoying - you walk through security and then it can be 1 of 90 gates. Checking in is ridiculous too - you can wait in line and then be told 'we are checking people in for this flight yet'. But there are no signs saying what flights can check in. the baggage restrictions are ridiculous too. We saw several people have to check their bags even though they easily fit in the overhead. All in all - easyjet is a cheap flight but you get what you pay for. I will mostly likely never fly with them again."

Crew seemed inexperienced. They had a hard time making decisions with where to put people's bags in the overhead compartments, so much so that passengers took it upon themselves to offer opinions about where bags could be be placed which just prolonged the process. The pilot sounded depressed/not very friendly when he spoke to us on the intercom, didn't give me a good feeling about my journey. Usually pilots speaking to the passengers are cheerful and make an effort to put you at ease in prep for your journey. On easyjet you have to pay for any food or drinks. That sucks. There is no entertainment, just a magazine which is short on interesting articles and mainly just tries to sell you stuff."

Le nuove regole sui bagagli hanno fatto sì che pagassi extra anche per bagaglio, i cibi non offerti ma a pagamento, sono stati con pochissima scelta praticamente non ho potuto avere thè o caffè acqua a 3,50euro.. Da dimenticare"

Besides being able to change our flight to go from Barcelona back to the states (with Norwegian) due to changes in plan, we would have considered booking through another airline. Yes, it really was that bad! Food was fine but you have to pay extra for all of it."

I got to pay €50 instead and have them check it. Literally for touching the top but still fitting inside fine. Worst legroom ever. Terrible. I had a middle seat and elbows digging into me on both sides. Awkward! Online check-in automatically selects for one person to be in the front and one person in the back unless you pay more to sit together. Unless you pay the fee you cannot sit with someone you're traveling with. Bathroom broken on flight and only one stall available. Long wait! No pouches in the seat in front of you-- kind of annoying... Staff seemed burnt out and ready to get off the plane. I totally could empathize. Maybe it was because we were heading to Barcelona, but major party crowd who was pretty rowdy on the flight. People standing in the aisles blocking the flight attendants, people sitting on each other's laps some and being loud-- kind of like being on a party bus. Will for sure be telling friends to avoid this airline no matter the price-- not worth saving a few bucks for the discomfort and hidden fees. DON'T FLY this airline if you have kids. Your 5 year old will probably get a middle seat at the back of the plane while you're in the front unless you want to pay extra for everyone to sit together. DON'T FLY this airline if you have American sized carry on luggage. They don't care about your American sized luggage. Whatever the baggage guidelines are, subtract some because that's what they REALLY mean. Get the tiny hard case Euro suitcase if you want to carry on a bag. Otherwise the fee is very high! DON'T FLY this airline if you are over 6 feet tall or have long legs. Ok, they let you stand most of the flight anyway. You'll feel better on another airline. If you can spend an extra 15, do it and AVOID this one."

However, it was considerably warm inside the plane as if the AC was having issues. The other funny thing was the crew members selling items like it was Walmart. Everything from fragrance to selfie sticks to tablets were being sold on the flight, which was kind of annoying."
