How can such a reputed airline have no tools to calculate the pay? Other airlines offered one-way for half of the price i paid. On top of it, online helpdek promised front line seat to satisfy me but nothing was offered even if i ask explicitly. Simply declined saying i am not in priority list. Why do they make false promises? Friends, Just don't fly for food ....."

Later when I asked them to show the baggage restrictions, they went back saying it's okay. I had only 1 check in bag and it weight 1 kg more. I thought they would allow it since I had only 1 check in bag but they made me take out that extra kg and check in my carry on as second bag. Finally I asked for an aisle seat and they said the flight was full. But when I boarded the IAD flight I was rather surprised to see quite a few aisle and window seats. So rather than being a great experience, I would say it was a mediocre one because of the Hyderabad staff."

The crew of are okay but never take good care of seniors with some physical disabilities to check and see whether they need water to drink on long distance flights as many airlines do. Muslim wheel chair passengers were given preferential treatment as I am always last one to be picked up and my luggage came at the end after waiting for one hour."

Punti positivi: "1) Not to squashy and more spacious than I thought. 2) The interior of aircraft seemed reasonably modern and up-to-date rather than old and miserable with stained seats and carpets. 3) the in-flight entertainment was better than I thought"

Punti negativi: "When they served satay they didn't ask which I prefer beef satay or chicken one even they asked it to other passengers. After finishing the dinner they took forever to clear a napkin so I couldn't find dinner was finished or not. It was midnight so I wanted to sleep as soon as dinner was finished. When boarding they do security check. It's OK. But why don't they use business class gate even there was the one?"

Punti negativi: "Pudong airport ground stuff requested for Singapore identity card; soft copy was presented, both identity and re-entry permit issued by Singapore government. They were not clear, hesitate, call around. By the time they found out what is required, we already spent close to 90 minutes. If it is not due to flight delay, we left with very little time to clear the immigration, security screening and locate where the gate is."
