The entire trip from the beginning was a hassle due to a terrible customer service. No help whatsoever.

I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.
First, I'm not sure where the problem was - whether with AA or Royal Jordanian, but my luggage did not make it to Amman with me. In fact, there was a whole group of passengers traveling on American from different US cities, switching to RJ in Chicago, whose luggage did not come on the flight to Amman. My advice: be sure to pack enough for a couple of days in your carryon - and don't accept an offer to check your carryon to its final destination! The food was very mediocre, and not much for a flight of over 10 hours. And the movie options were limited, mostly older. The crew never came and offered water between meals - although I did discover we could go to the galley and get drinks. It would have been nice to have that option mentioned. The plane itself was nice, and seating slightly more roomy than other carriers.
We flew economy, so didn’t have incredible expectations. The seats actually had more legroom than expected and reclined well. No complaints for what it is.
The food was pretty terrible, even for airplane food. On a 14.5 hot flight we had 2 full meals, along with some snacks which was decent frequency. However it was so inedible! Luckily we packed our own food just in case. The crew was also pretty terrible, and not because of a language barrier. Didn’t seem to know the basics about food and drink service and often skipped service to people wide awake and waiting.
The 3 employees at the counter got together & solved a glitch in our Australia visa that was priventing them from issueing bording pass for our second leg of travel They were outstanding & also unexpectedly we received a hotel respite for our 8 hour layover in Guangzhou! Smiling flight atendents. This is my first travel with China southern On the other hand during 6 wk prior to our trip we were unable to get anybody on the phone to ask Q or reserve a seat. On line charades where like a closed loops ! The price for long haul: Dubai/Guangzhou/cairns could not be beat!!
Ground staff did not want to help me and refused to put me on this flight because they reffered to no transit visa, although I was legally allowed to get on the flight as I have just found out, but it is gone already. As a result all my consecutive flight were cancelled as no show. I tried to reach the airline help line, however due to Chinese New Year they don't work, so there was no way to solve this problem I am VERY dissapointed. Will take this case to the court if my money not refunded

Food is inedible My issue with the boarding had to do with the poor decorum of the representatives at check in and those who helped assistance me to the gate.
We stopped in NAO (Nanchong) for about an hour and it was quite a sketch experience.

Airline scheduled only a 30 minute layover between Shanghai and Hong Kong. Obviously I missed it. Waited 3 hours for airline to put me up in hotel. Hotel was extremely sketchy. I'll never make the mistake of traveling with this airline again. Worst travel experience in many years, and I've been some rough places. Food was Terrible, too.
This ridiculous airline and it's rude, obnoxious staff in Chengdu made a mockery of my friend and I (two 21 year old American girls traveling alone). We had booked round trip tickets back in October 2017 that included a 1 hour layover in Chengdu first, then a 7 hour layover in Shanghai on our way to Bangkok for a trip in Thailand. That was fine with us. Then all of a sudden it changed to a 6 hour layover in Chengdu then an 18 HOUR layover in Shanghai. We decided to deal with it and get a hotel room in Shanghai, no big deal. After a great trip in Thailand and leaving fine from Bangkok to our first layover in Chengdu, that is where the nightmare started. First off, going through Chengdu customs, I don't know if it is because Americans do not travel through there a lot, but the officers pulled us aside and were passing around our American passports around their staff, taking pictures of them with Iphones before handing us "in-transit" paperwork to fill out. As weird as that was, no one really seemed to speak english and we just wanted to get away from them and get through. When we went to the check in counter, they handed me a boarding pass for our flight at 1:50 that afternoon, but then proceeded to tell my friend that she wasn't on a flight until the next morning at 7 am out of Chengdu and our original connecting flight out of Shanghai at 11:50 the next morning was now at 8 pm for her. What could have been simply fixed like it WAS after calling priceline and our travel agent, the staff at the ticket counter and a representative over the phone made our lives living hell. They barely spoke english and the ones that did were very rude to us, saying that they couldn't help us and put us on the phone with China Eastern. FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF we were on the phone with a representative who was talking us in circles, telling us that there were no available seats on the 1:50 and that he could get her on the next 3:45 out of Chengdu, then put us on hold to come back and say he couldn't only change 1 domestic flight in China, but would have to cancel her flight to NY. When offering to pay to just DO IT and get out of china, he said that if he were to cancel it and take our credit card info, it "may or may not go through" and if it didn't she would be stuck with no flights. When asked how that made any sense, he proceeds to say" Because miss, our system sucks," and other rude things like "Why can't you just keep your flight and meet your friend in NY." then him along with a rude ticket counter guy say that he could help us if we took 5,000 yuan out of the bank and paid them cash. TRYING TO SCAM US. After all this drama a simple call to priceline was able to fix the problem no payment involved, and there WERE available seats on all the flights and a domestic flight could be changed. LYING, SCAMMING, RUDE, individuals. Definitely worth a little more money to take any other airline BUT THIS ONE.

I had to pay extra $33 for excess baggage, because, as it turned out, my ticket only allowed, I qoute: "10K", while the boarding pass clearly stated 20 kg for the economy class.

The registration was 2 hours late. The boarding was late and the flight arrived 1 hour late. Up to the end the initial flight time was displayed: as the result, the most disciplined passangers had to rush through duty free with no time for buyuing anything, others took their time and the flight finally started 1 hour late. I couldn't catch this flight because the previous connecting flight was canceled.
The flight left > 2 hours late from JFK to Abu Dhabi, and my connection was changed midair. Instead of changing it to the next flight, they changed it to a flight 16 hours later so I missed my entire day of meetings. The paid internet did not work inflight so I couldn't check my connection or receive emails. The crew was not friendly, and they also wouldn't give anyone any information about their connections during the flight, which resulted in ~80 people rushing the crew and the desk. It was very messy.
They did not took us at team lunge having silver card and kept waiting at general lunge. Not cooperative officer.
If anything it would be the terminal 1 lounge at Abu Dhabi airport. It is pretty poor compared to the other lounge.

Everything felt comfortable and clean on my first flight on Hainan. I sat in economy and overall it was a great experience, especially considering what I paid from Chicago to Shenzhen via Beijing. The food might be slightly better on Cathay Pacific, but I really have no complaints about it. It was tasty and relatively healthy. It wasn’t oversalted and on long flights that makes a huge beneficial difference. You can always go to the galley and grab a simple sandwich if you need something between meals. Overall it was an excellent experience.
I had about 30 minutes to change planes in Beijing cause of the flight delay (still had to switch terminals, check in and go through the border). I was met by an airline representative near the plane with a special bus and accompanied through all the bureaucracy very quickly. Excellent airline staff.

Unmanaged two-year olds crying throughout the 10-hour flight. Will avoid IST going forward as well. Chaotic airport with little or no management present. Had to wait through SIX separate lines for a simple flight transfer. Had the body scans TWICE. Ridiculous. Nearly missed my 10-hour flight to Chicago.

The fact that Turkish airline clearly is too stingy to take proper care of their passengers. You don’t provide accommodation when people get a stopover which is disgusting considering it is an airline that is supposed to represent a developed country. This cancels out anything you feel is a plus about the airline. This needs to be sorted out.
It's a point A to point B airline. There are no amenities but they do offer accepting 2 checked in bags.
Outdated interiors. No space. On a 6hr flight, they offered food and snacks at a price. There was no entertainment. Then, my continuing flight which was 10hrs long, they finally fed us. Offered us food and snacks but still no entertainment. I really didn't like what they had to offer.

Entertainment on the plane was very limited. Sound system was very poor. Movies selection is old and very limited. Movies were dubbed in Russian with either Chinese or Korean subtitles. The plane was old (B767) and rather noisy. Bathrooms quickly became dirty and weren't cleaned during the flight.
It was fast and on time and The service at the check-in counter was very accommodating.

One carryon and no personal item - inconvenient and irritating! Security staff disposed of manicure scissors that met printed guidelines. Checked baggage was damaged, will avoid Emirates because of this. Staff, comfort, and food were very good, but will still select other airlines

They should be little flexible in timing for serving Dinner, as it happened, they served Dinner as soon as the Seat belt sign was switched off, at that time it was 4 pm local time. Since we were not ready for Dinner we suggested to bring it after an hour, which they declined stating that once they take back the trays it can not be served again.

I was expecting to pay for only 10 kg excess baggage according to my own scale but was charged for 15 kg and the check-in staff was rude and unwilling to listen; in-flight staff were not polite, pushing past passengers without any word; such a disappointment as I expected much higher standard of service and courtesy. Nothing beats Singapore Airlines.
The food was good and the service was great. The flight attendants were very attentive.
I had to pay $200 for an extra bag because they told me that my bags were all over weight. Come to find out, the scale was broken and my bags were actually underweight. So I ended up with 5 bags instead of 3. My main issue was comfortability. Due to the person behind me, I couldn’t push my chair back and so I had find different ways to sleep.
i was broke and hungry so i didn’t get to eat much in the airport. in the plane after serving their meal i asked for a second serving and they were nice enough to give me a second serving of food. that was very nice
what i did not like about asiana was at the check in counter in New York JFK airport. the non asian clerk was pretty strict about overweight baggage. it’s my fault yes for not weighing them ahead of time but the clerk could have been more polite when speaking.
Arriving on time even though it took off 45 min late
They lost all of our luggages(five pieces) and never attempted to locate them at LAX. Which were transferred from United airlines. It took eight contacts and finally reaching out to LAX office in 36 hours later, they located the luggages in 45 minutes. asiana from Inchon office kept on telling me that it is in LA office’s hand and yet they weren’t willing to call for LA office’s assistance. They were simply relying on the process which has been broken. Then upon the delivery, the driver informed us the severe damage in my tumi bag.

My husband, my baby(14 months) and I took the flight from Hanoi to New York which was transferred in Korea. The flight from Hanoi to Korea got delayed so we have to fly with Asian Anna instead. The checking took so long and confusing. We barely made the flight from Hanoi to Korea and ran from different terminals to catch the flight from Korea to New York. We paid extra to select seat to sit to gether but then we found out it was just a joke to get money from Justfly since Korean Air said they only arranged seat at check in which we couldn’t check in as early as we wished due to the delay. And from Korea to New York, they lost our 4 luggages. How horrible could that be ? We are thinking about suing justly.
On time both at departure and arrival. Economy in the 787 is comfortable with better leg room than usual. Baggage claim was excellent
The toilets could have better attended to. Entertainment screen in my seat froze and couldn't be used.
Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

I was surprised today that they did not bring the Embrer aircraft. When ever that happens, I am delighted. The RJ Emberer is the worse aircraft configuration.
The RJ fleet is in need to get new aircrafts and an upgrade of their protect is important.

This was an older 777 -- no wifi -- pretty surprising on such a key flight at DOH-JFK! This is not the airline's fault but I had a crazy lady next to me who was very disoriented, who could not speak English and needed assistance. No one would deal with her! She had a little pouch with her name on it -- like a UM -- so someone knew something was not right when they put her on the flight. I bought drinks inside the terminal for this 14 hour flight but they were all confiscated at the additional security at the gate!! WTF

Excellent customer service, from the check in process, to boarding, to flying 21 hours from Boston to Phuket with infant- we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful as we traveled with our 7 month old a lot g distance.
Ended up having spare seats beside me. Planes were new and in great condition. Staff were very good.
