She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

It should have been done earlier. 2. weather - caused the initial problem in NYC, no fault of air canada. 3. Montreal airport - Our gates were switched 3 times during the delays. Which happens, however the gate changes started at one end of the airport, moved to the other end of the airport and back to the original end."

We over 90 minutes for in-person assistance, only to be directed to a telephone to re-book our flight. We missed an entire day of our trip to Japan. When serving the meals, the stewardess just said to everyone, "You want it or not" and moved quickly with many people wondering why she was behaving so rudely. In addition, we couldn't get clear information about the baggage allowance. This is partially due to booking through Kayak where they don't tell you the baggage limit and some of the flights were code share flights even though all were with Air Canada. Couldn't tell if we had 1 or 2 bags included. This didn't help with our packing. In the end we had 2 bags and wish we bought more stuff."
