And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

Nota dolente, finito il pranzo manco il caffe ci hanno offerto nonostante il sacchettino con il cucchiaino e zucchero fosse presente. Come detto prima la maggior parte della crew sono altezzosi e depressi. Il comandante parlò al decollo e non si è più sentito dopo un viaggio durato 12 ore, tratta fatta di giorno quindi una parolina la poteva sprecare durante la traversia, che ne so il tempo, il volo, turbolenze ecc."

Nessuno chiede ai passeggeri se vogliono qualcosa: dove sono aperitivi, snack durante tutto il viaggio, liquori che Alitalia sbandiera ?"

The very first Alitalia person I tried to speak to was the very worst. Though her job was to check people in, she said she couldn't help me and to go to another counter. When I asked if she could please at least make a call to get a wheelchair (my grandfather was at the airport entry and couldn't walk) she made a terrible face, threw the papers on her desk around and said I had to go to another counter. When I went to the counter she pointed at, I was told again I would have to go to another counter. No offense to dog owners, but the animals that were traveling received better assistance."
