Punti negativi: "I used Qatar airways 3 times so far. In the last flight, were a connection has 8 hours between 2 flights, they deny me to stay in a hotel. The last 2 flights which have exactly the same schedule, I used the hotel in that 8 hours between the 2 flights. I asked why, they told me that my ticket is not eligible to the hotel, although, I bought the last two times from Kayak, with almost same price. My first flight with Qatar Airways was on July 2017. My second flight with Qatar Airways was on August 2017. My third flight with Qatar Airways was on Jan 208."

Punti negativi: "The boarding was not handled properly. There was a 40 mins delay, keeping in mind it was never mentioned on the screens. When seeking guidance from crew members about the flight's boarding different answers were given at different time. First it was no delay, just the plane getting closer to the gate, later followed by a 10 mins wait that later became over 30 mins. Once we finally made it on the flight, when requesting a beverage the only option given is water or orange juice and if you have any dietary restrictions (even when providing said information to the airline) you will remain without food on the shorter flights."

They wouldn't let us on the flight and it ended up even being delayed for 30 minutes! We talked to JetBlue and they said they couldn't do anything for us so not only did we miss out on a day in Italy, we lost our a ton of money on all the things we booked for Tuesday. We also then had to get a hotel in ny and everything was booked so we almost had to sleep at the airport but luckily we found a place that had a last minute opening. Still was super expensive and no one helped with a "destressed rate". Now we have to wait until 10 again tonight to try to catch the plane to Milan because Emirates only has one flight a day. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had."

The boarding process was a mess. It was hectic and unorganized. The flight was delayed an hour, and the crew failed to provide an adequate rationale as to why. Speaking of the crew, they weren't helpful. At one point, I had asked to use the restroom, and I couldn't get in. Again the crew provided no rationale as to why. Then, a few HOURS later, a lady approached me and said I could go "very quickly". This was my first time flying with Emirates and I don't think I'll be flying with them again."

Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen."

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
