Punti negativi: "The flight attendants had been un attentive. I was missing a headset so I asked for one, but I never got it. I borrowed that of the person seated next to me. When it was time for serving hot beverages, I skipped tea and waited for the coffee. However, the flight attendant who was serving the coffee never looked my way, and she passed so fast before I got the chance to signal her. Afterwards, I asked three other flight attendants and even though they said they would come back with the coffee, they never did. Finally, when I was about to get up and head to the crew cabin, one flight attendant came by and I pointed to her that I wasn't offered coffe so I was about to go and see if I could get a cup of coffee from the cabin. She said that I didn't need to get up for that and she would get it to me. They eventually brought that coffee one hour after my first request."

Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Waited in line for check in only to find that all 4 tickets (me and 3 kids) were cancelled and that we had to go outside again to the reservation office (had to go thru check point again) to reissue the tickets. They didn't even appologize for their mistake and they blamed the travel agency.. Very unprofessional and irresponsible people."
