Additionally, there was a small section of the plane which received food roughly an hour later than the rest of the plane. I was on this section, and was uncomfortably hungry by the time I received food."

SAS gives you coffee and tea. On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

Ecco, Austrian semplicemente non lo sa. Il volo, già in ritardo di mezz'ora - strano - all'altezza di Graz deve rientrare a Vienna per guasto, dicono, all'aria condizionata. Ci dicono che ci daranno informazioni al gate. Può capitare, naturalmente. Solo che: - le informazioni non le danno al gate, ma allo Starbucks dell'aeroporto, senza avere aspettato e neanche avvertito tutti i passeggeri - ci dicono che nonostante i mercatini natalizi ci hanno trovato comunque un hotel, facendolo un po' pesare, mentre è loro dovere, siccome il volo è ritardato al giorno dopo. Peccato che l'hotel è a 120 km e loro non hanno trovato il bus per il trasferimento (incidentalmente, anche questo è da norma di legge un loro dovere...) - alla fine come assistenza in termini di generi di conforto commisurata alla durata del ritardo, 10 ore, il tutto si è ridotto ad una bottiglietta d'acqua e un kit toilette per il mattino. In ragione della distanza degli hotel disponibili siamo stati invitati pressantemente a passare la notte nel terminal, ma: - nessuna assistenza. Dopo i controlli di sicurezza neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, neanche un voucher colazione, neanche qualche coperta o cuscino per dormire meglio sulle scomodissime sedie/divano. E neanche uno scusate. - nessuna reazione alla possibilità di apertura della business giunge: è chiusa e non la riapriamo per voi. Neanche per farvi dormire un po' meno peggio. - nessuna specifica informazione ai passeggeri sulla evoluzione della situazione - siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, in sostanza Violazioni multiple e ripetute del regolamento CE 261/2004. Ma pagheranno, eh, se pagheranno..."

We complained to the attendant about it but she was unable to determine the cause. Many hours later, a different crew member identified the noise source and stopped it by simply flipping a switch. This disruptive noise could have easily been avoided but the ignorance of the crew member to whom we complained failed to solve it. By the time the second crew member identified the problem there was not enough time to sleep. This experience was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to fly business class so we could sleep, but this ridiculous crew error fouled our plans. We asked the crew to file a report about it and they did. Look into it. We expect a refund of the extra fare we paid, or else we will never fly Austrian Airlines again. I am an affluent person and I travel internationally 6 times per year. You would be smart not to anger me and lose my business."

The behavior of the staff was also ugly, disrespectful, meant to put you under pressure to pay instead of trying to help and understand."

Punti negativi: "That the flight changed from takeoff scheduled at 12:30am, then to 2am, then 4am, then 6am, then 7am all because of “scheduling” we were told. By 3am while in JFK airport, we decided to book a different flight on another airline. We successfully arrived at our destination finally! The one good thing is that Ukraine airline was willing to refund our money because our flight had not taken off yet. That, though was complicated by the fact that we had to seek that refund through the agency with which we purchased it."

Punti negativi: "we got stuck on the plane for an hour and a half due to an issue with a passenger and the entire time the crew would not tell us what was going on. they started getting very irritated with people asking for water-- WATER-- while being stuck in a confined space for so long. the least they could've done was tell us what was going on or give us an ETA of when we'd be taking off. we didn't land until nearly midnight when we should've landed around 10 PM."

Caused me to miss my connection in Kiev and the staff on the ground at Kiev for not helpful telling me that they had no more flights to my final destination for 2 days even though it was there cancellation that caused me to miss my connection. the airline only had one Customer Service person for the entire plane which cause the line of 50 plus people. You were unable to get a voucher for an overnight hotel unless you are willing to stand in that line at 2 a.m. Ultimately, I had a cab got my own hotel and paid for another flight on another airline to get to my Final Destination the next day. I would consider Ukraine air in middle of the road airline with a customer service if things go wrong to be quite poor."

Al ritorno invece abbiamo avuto il ritardo del volo Odessa Kiev che ci ha fatto perdere il volo della coincidenza per Roma. Questa situazione loro non potevano risolvere subito e ci hanno mandato tutti a Kiev! E li è successo un grande casino! Solo un sposrtello con una ragazza a gestire almeno 500 persone che stavano in fila con i problemi varii... insomma abbiamo perso tanto tempo e alla fine siamo arrivati a Roma.... però Fly ua è una compania aerea davvero incompetente."
