I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

They told me one thing but in the end they didn't keep their word. I find it unprofessional and cheating. And on the way back I had food poisoning. Really disappointed about the whole trip."

I could tell it was Hard with the airport closing due to weather but this is an international flight and someone could have done something to help me just navigate the process over the three day period. One woman who I finally talked to in Frankfurt spent an hour with me when i was utterly exhausted and there were No more flights or hotels left She was To be commended. The rest was chaos and exhausting and I still have another flight tomorrow."

Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Punti negativi: "120 Euros for 10 kilos over in checked baggage. I have never in my life been charged such a fee with any other airline. With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line.
