Punti negativi: "The upgrade to first class was $150 and definitely not worth it. I was disappointed in the experience and would not recommend. I was traveling with my mother to Mexico to celebrate her 60th birthday and was very excited to upgrade to kick off the celebration. We were offered a glass of water or orange juice after boarding; and when we requested a celebratory glass of champagne, we were denied. As in all other airlines first class participants are served anything they desire while the economy passengers board. It wasn’t until an hour into our flight that we were offered something again. At one point, I turned around and noticed that the first several rows of economy class already had their meals. Before first class. This is not something I would expect. I only fly economy class and was beyond excited to experience the first class amenities, only to feel extremely disappointed in the service by AeroMexico. At this time, I would like to request a refund on the upgrade."

I had to ask for the persons name I should be waiting for and if she would be wearing a AM suit. I asked if there was a desk where she would be, and with an attitude the Rep, said "I already told, you just go wait by McDonald's". After waiting for an hour and asking every woman that walked by if they were Stephanie, I finally found her. She was walking by, clearly not looking for me. I had to follow her and stop her. If not she would have walked right by. Once we spoke, she was very helpful."

I contacted aeromexico for a refund and was told to email my complaint to 2 separate email addresses for a refund. I did as instructed and but did not receive a reply. I disputes the charges with my bank and they immediately paid me back. Aeromexico, you are a joke and I hope your sceem to fraud people out of their money comes to surface soon."

My appointments need to be rearranged and other folks fill in for my morning ones."
