Baggage service at Lisbon airport was terrible, between waiting for a discharge belt # to be assigned, waiting for luggage to be loaded onto conveyor belt. In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again."

Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Not IB's fault, the customs at Miami came to a halt for an hour. 2000 people standing in line, missing connections. There was a shift change, most employees didn't show up for work. was told 'It's a special day'. Fortunately I was at the head of the line. A few of us were routed to someone who was surprised to see US citizens. As a consequence, the always slow MIA failed to transfer my luggage. Still waiting for it... Air travel is such a pain these days. I'm sure more would fly if it wasn't such a hassle."

Punti negativi: "Check-in machines in Barcelona Airport did not work (since the Vueling shares the code with Iberia, but they did not share the booking codes!). The result is 40 min queue while only one "manual" registration desk opened. The person behind the desk seemed to be very stressed, no shadow of any kindness - it's understandable: the managers had left her alone with a lot of people unable to use their "cool" innovation (registration through machines). If one adds here the unacceptable burden with boarding (30 mins of waiting time before the bus arrived and all that on the stairs of the "sleeve") the flight started fairly "well". The seat assigned was in the last raw (seems for any other type of seat one has to pay like 13 euro more) and with my 2m of height I felt at "maximum of comfort". Thank you, Vueling, for that exceptional "lowcost safari" experience, will try to avoid you in the future."

I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"
