The monitor I was watching was about 14 cm from my face. I never put my seat back, but I sure as hell will now. This flight was over seven hours, that is to long to be contorted."

Also, the screen was terrible quality and I could not see no matter how I adjust the screen angle or the light."

When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Wine was poured on my back, water splashed on the person next to me, children were climbing over my head... etc. No parents or flight attendants could help the situation. Boarding was a mess. 10-15 passengers surrounding me sat anywhere they wanted creating a delay to push back because everyone just sat with their family and disregarded the chaos it created for those individual travelers wanting to sit in "THEIR PROPER SEAT". This was the worst / never ending flying experience I've ever had. I will never fly Turkish Airlines again."
