British Airways is significantly better."

Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Punti negativi: "We had to transit in Addis (connecting from Dakar) and the whole experience of going through the Addis airport, getting the voucher for the hotel, and going to the hotel was horrible: it took forever going through immigration and getting a simple stamp on the voucher (the latter an unsafe experience and time consuming, with hundreds of people piled up to get those stamps from just two people, crashing again each other, with no order, no lines). Somewhat there has to be a better way to manage this and make the experience safer and more comfortable to everybody. For instance, just enforcing to stay in line and organizing the lines would have saved everybody a lot of time and effort."

Punti positivi: "Boarding at the gate was atrocious. Very slow and not organized and we left late because of that. The crew was very nice. Food was good. Entertainment was ok. Movies were old and could have been up to date not enough bathrooms per amount of people on board (relative to other aircrafts)."

Again lack of food, forced to take whatever food they give you or you're told sorry, how can one side serve only fish while the other side chicken??? Vegetarians doomed as they don't get anything & are left without food! Major improvement required in food choices & availability! Our row of seats did not have volume on the tv monitors hence could not use!"

Almost missed my flight, and was forced to purchase a return flight just so that I could make my flight. According to them, passport control would not let me into Cape Town without it, but customs never once asked for my return flight information."
