Punti negativi: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Punti positivi: "Ottimo sia il tempo di imbarco che la puntualita' in partenza ed in arrivo. I sedili della economy sono sempre piuttosto piccoli e con poco spazio per le gambe, specie se sei piu' alto di 1.80 m."
Punti negativi: "La selezione di film e' abbastanza ridotta, soprattutto quelli in lingua italiana. Mi ha lasciato perplesso la scelta di passare un pasto alle ore 16 ( relativamente alla localita' di partenza) dopo aver fatto l'imbarco alle 13 e con un pacchetto di cracker nell'intervallo. Non c'e' stata cena."

Punti negativi: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"

Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
